艾滋病可以治疗？

艾滋病感染者有两种情况：一是感染之后自己不知道，艾滋病毒潜伏期有8~10年，这期间都不会有什么感觉；还有一小部分人是自己知道但不愿意面对现实。
大多数人并不知道艾滋病现在是可以治疗的，还是认为这个病感染了就会死。其实在正常的医疗条件和药物可及的情况下，相信病人现在可以存活30年。艾滋病已经不怎么死人了。这个病现在预测生存期是20年以上到30年。已经基本上没有生命危险，大家没必要太害怕。当然一个艾滋病感染者要再活二三十年，第一点就是保持良好的心态，第二个是良好的医疗条件，第三个是和医生的配合，第四个是适当的营养，第五个就是在服药的时候保持很好的依从性。我从1998年开始从事这个工作，至今接触到的病人基本上没有去世的。大多数病人只要能随时到这里接受治疗，那一点问题没有，能活得很好。
现在很多人想了解的是，如果真的和艾滋病人接触，这种传染几率到底有多大？其实几率实际上很低。母婴是另外一回事，现在输血扎针的也少了，主要还是性传播，在异性之间传染几率低于1/1000，男同性恋之间的几率要高一些。如果双方生殖器有损害的时候，比如说有性病的情况下，几率会超过70％。但如果戴上安全套，几率就会低到1/10000。但也不能有侥幸心理。虽然说进行了一千次危险性行为，只有一次感染的可能。但具体到个人来说，不小心碰到了，就是百分之百。（据《中国青年报》）
