常平探索农民工艾滋病防治模式

成果将为国家制定防治措施提供依据
本报讯(记者/朱晋卢真伟通讯员/蔡金谷)近日，市卫生局和市疾病预防控制中心在常平镇正式启动农民工艾滋病防治模式研究项目，动员和部署各相关部门严格按照实施方案，积极探索流动人口艾滋病防治模式和策略，模拟试点取得成果将为国家性艾中心提供准确依据。
根据前期国家有关部门的调查分析资料显示，当前一些农民工集中的劳动场所、部分工厂企业、建筑工地、以及酒店娱乐场所仍然还存在一定的教育盲点，因此加强重点地区防控和开展有针对性的宣传教育工作显得更加重要。
常平镇作为全国唯一承担农民工集中的劳动场所艾滋病防治模式研究项目的试点，主要是流动人口多，经济比较发达，当地政府高度重视，条件比较成熟。
“东莞市农民工集中的劳动场所艾滋病防治模式”项目是中国疾病预防控制中心“社区为基础的艾滋病防治策略及试点研究”子项目。自去年9月份以来，国家和省、市疾病预防控制中心确定在常平镇设立试点后，当地把金美村作为调研示范和宣传阵地，并在部分工厂企业、建筑工地和部分酒店娱乐场所设立试点，大力推进艾滋病的预防工作。
对此，东莞市疾病预防控制中心有关负责人认为，要在全社会营造强大的宣传舆论攻势，确保预防艾滋病知识普及率和参与培训率达到100%。通过开展一系列工作，形成一个长效的、可持续的农民工集中的劳动场所流动人口艾滋病防治策略和模式，促使企业职工、建筑工人、娱乐场所服务人员及其他人群主动接受与艾滋病有关的服务，学习艾滋病的预防知识，提高知晓率，减少高危行为的发生。
同时，常平镇还要广泛展开调查研究，收集各种信息，为我国制定新的艾滋病防治策略和措施提供真实依据。
