湖北去年报告法定传染病24.4万余例 艾滋病报告死亡率居首

荆楚网消息 (楚天都市报) （记者方琳 通讯员向清）昨从省卫生厅获悉，我省公布2008年传染病疫情：全年共报告甲乙丙类传染病发病244195例，死亡473例，艾滋病报告死亡率居于首位，成为我省传染病第一大死因病种，其次是狂犬病和肺结核。
据了解，2003年以来我省狂犬病报告发病率一直处于较高水平，报告死亡率连续5年居首，随着多部门合作共同防控，近两年其报告发病率大幅下降，去年共报告狂犬病90例，死亡90例，报告发病率比2007年下降了40.46%，报告死亡率降至第二位。
据称，去年我省报告发病数居前五位的分别是：乙型肝炎、肺结核、痢疾、梅毒、未分型肝炎，占发病总数的88.95%。去年我省甲类传染病发生3例霍乱，乙类传染病相对比较平稳，丙类和其它非法定传染病明显增多。与去年相比，丙类传染病报告发病率上升30.82%（不包括手足口病），死亡率上升94.44%，其中报告发病率上升的有流感、流腮、风疹、其它感染性腹泻。
专家分析，丙类传染病的报告发病率上升除了疾病自然增长外，传染病疫情报告质量提高也是原因之一。

在我国，传染病被分为甲、乙、丙三类，甲类包括霍乱、鼠疫，乙类包括脊髓灰质炎、非典型性肺炎、禽流感等25种，丙类包括流行性感冒、流行性腮腺炎等11种。这些传染病都必须在第一时间上报给卫生部门。
