临床实践发现：中医药能改善艾滋病症状

　　从2004年开始，卫生部、国家中医药管理局和财政部联合实施中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目，截至2009年6月正在接受治疗的有5972人，其中一直坚持治疗48个月的患者和感染者有1570人，目前临床实践发现，中药对改善艾滋病的症状体征疗效确切。

　　临床数据分析结果提示：中药对改善艾滋病的症状体征疗乏力、腹泻、发热、皮疹等疗效确切，其中以改善乏力、增加体重最为突出；可以明显改善患者的生存质量；对HAART引起的部分不良反应具有较好的治疗作用（如消化道）；对提高和稳定患者的免疫功能具有一定的作用；对病毒载量的效果不明显；其它疗法如艾炙可以缓解艾滋病病人的腹泻。此外，通过这几年的观察，发现患者CD4淋巴细胞变化呈稳定和逐渐上升的态势。

　　目前中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目已由2004年最初的5个省扩大到了17个省（区、市），先后进入项目的省份包括河北、安徽、河南、湖北、广东、北京、江西、湖南、广西、云南、陕西、吉林、黑龙江、四川、重庆、甘肃和新疆。截至目前，中央财政先后共计投入约1.6亿元，主要用于中药费、临床检测、人员培训、基地建设和管理等，为近万名艾滋病患者和感染者提供了免费中医药治疗。（李梅浠）
