因吸毒染上了艾滋 疯狂农民杀邻居弑亲母

11月4日,瑟瑟秋风中,杀人犯吴中焕被依法执行死刑,这一天距他41岁生日仅有4天。
去年2月1日,吴中焕在自己从小长大的山村制造了一起血案,疯狂地杀死3人,其中包括他自己的母亲,一个他认为和自己有仇的乡邻,还有一个是无辜的7岁女童。
在吴中焕被处决一周后,记者来到了悲剧的发生地,地处云浮西南一隅的速龙镇大榄村委会横岗村。村里表面上已经恢复了平静,但提起1年多以前那个喋血的上午,很多村民仍然心有余悸。
而村民们对吴中焕的评价则让人惊讶:事发之前吴中焕决不是一个暴戾的人,相反有些老实巴交。那么一个众人眼中老实巴交的农民为何会犯下如此血案呢?根据警方的调查,主要是因为吴中焕长期以来身陷毒海不能自拔,并且因吸毒染上了艾滋病,绝望的他选择了以杀人来报复社会。
失去理智的吴中焕举起铁锄往母亲的头上打去
如今的横岗村,正是秋收的时节,田野里农民们正忙着收割,水牛在宁静地吃草。然而1年多以前,这里却经历了惨痛的一幕。
2008年2月1日早晨,天气有点冷。村民阿燕正在家中洗衣服,突然,邻居吴中焕一身黑衣黑裤打扮出现在门口,对阿燕说找她的公公廖万荣有事,便径直走上了二楼。阿燕事后回忆说,吴中焕当时的语气很平静。
谁都没有想到,此时的吴中焕正被一个可怕的念头驱动:他要对全村人实施报复。而第一个要报复的,便是曾因菜地划界纠纷与吴中焕家产生争执的廖万荣。
吴中焕走上二楼后,正巧碰见廖万荣从房间里出来,便开始用土话辱骂廖,说廖平时欺负自己的家人,今天要将廖杀死。廖万荣根本没有意识到自己已大难临头,一边辩解说:“我没欺负你啊。”一边自顾往楼下走去。这时,吴中焕从后裤腰中抽出一把早已准备好的20公分长的水果刀追了上去,左手抓着廖的衣服,右手用水果刀对着廖的腹部猛刺了几刀,廖万荣随即倒在了血泊中。吴中焕又走到一楼拿起一把铁锄,回到廖万荣倒地的楼梯处,对准其头部猛击数次才罢休。
阿燕见自己的公公倒在楼梯上,冲上前抓住吴中焕的衣服,大喊:“来人啊,杀人了!”吴中焕挣脱了阿燕,往外走去,阿燕紧追不放。走到一户村民家时,吴中焕拿起门口放着的一把铁锄往阿燕的身上猛打。村民吴家金勇敢地上前阻止吴中焕继续行凶,把铁锄抢了过去。
铁锄被抢走的吴中焕变得更加疯狂,在村里四处奔走,继续寻找报复对象,当他看见廖万荣的妻子陈某时,又想对她实施报复。陈某见势不妙,慌忙逃进一户村民家,把门锁了起来,才逃过一劫。这时有一些村民想上前制止吴中焕,但都被吴挣脱。
吴中焕又找了一把铁锄,往村中走去。途中,吴中焕看见平日经常责骂自己的母亲卓某正挑着水桶回家,就冲上前去对母亲大叫“我打死你”。吴母也许是没有想到亲生儿子真的会对自己下毒手,便朝吴中焕喊:“你打啊,你打啊!”此时已失去理智的吴中焕举起铁锄往母亲的头上、身上打去,吴母就这样倒在了儿子的脚边。
惨剧还没有结束。在一户村民家的大厅里,一些村民正围坐在一起看电视,吴中焕突然拿着铁锄闯了进来,惊恐的村民们连忙往外逃走,吴中焕举起锄头向人群扫去,一名正读小学一年级的7岁小女孩躲闪不及,被铁锄砸在了前额上,只叫了一声“妈妈”后就倒了下去,再也没有醒过来。
村民吴×新上前抢夺吴中焕手中的铁锄,被吴中焕用铁锄击伤左手掌。随后吴×新的亲属们赶到,终于联手将吴中焕制服。短短两三个小时之内,吴中焕杀死三人,打伤两人,制造出这个小山村空前的血案。
“那么文静的一个人,谁能想到他会杀人?”
事件发生1年多以后,村民们依然感到无法理解。吴中焕虽然有吸毒的恶习,但平时看着老实巴交的,怎么会突然变成了丧心病狂的杀人恶魔?
“他平时人很正常。杀人之前几天,我的小儿子结婚,他还过来帮忙,当时都还有说有笑的。”村民吴×新回忆到。在这次事件中,吴×新因用左手接住吴中焕打来的铁锄而受伤。“我知道他已经吸毒十多年,但平时两家没什么矛盾。”
“他平时每天都呆在家里,也没和家里人吵架。”吴中焕的父亲吴×明如是说。案发当天,正在远处乡邻家聊天的吴×明听说出事了,便往家中赶去,途中看见妻子倒在田埂上,身上满是鲜血。和这个大儿子早已分家过日子的吴×明说,怎么也想不到吴中焕会忍心杀死母亲。
吴中焕的妻子认为,丈夫做出这样残忍的事,是因为得了艾滋病,自从2007年知道自己得了艾滋病后,吴中焕经常一个人坐着,自言自语,也不知道他在说些什么。她虽然感到丈夫有些异样,但也决没想到他会做出这样的事。
在许多村民的眼中,吴中焕就是一个普普通通的农民。虽然染上吸毒恶习,但为人倒并不坏。村民阿莲形容吴中焕“很内向,不爱说话”,为人也挺懂礼貌,平时在路上遇到了谁,虽然不善言辞,但也会用微笑打招呼。
村民阿洁曾在事件发生时抢夺吴中焕手中的锄头,但因为力气小没有成功。她说,吴中焕平时为人“还算老实公道,不在村里生事。”
“当时我正在看电视,见吴中焕推开大门,也不说话,就直接拿锄头打人。”村民廖×描述了惨剧发生时的情形。他7岁的女儿被吴中焕用铁锄击中前额,因伤势过重,在送往医院抢救途中死亡。至今想起无辜死去的女儿,廖×仍很悲伤。
当时心中只有一个念头,觉得自己得了艾滋病活不长了,就想杀人
1968年,吴中焕出生在这个偏远的小山村里,小学毕业后,便没有再继续读书。村民们都叫他“阿焕”,也有人叫他“跛焕”,他的腿脚并没毛病,也不知道别人为什么那样叫他。他也并不在意,只是按照一个普通农民的生命程序默默成长,埋头种地,收割庄稼,娶妻生子。吴中焕的父母都在家务农,妻子在制衣厂工作,长子在技工学校学习电脑,两个女儿在外打工。本来,这应该是一个虽不富裕,但也温馨和睦的家庭。
然而毒品改变了这一切。大约是1995年左右,吴中焕开始吸毒并染上了毒瘾。为此,他被当地公安部门抓过两次,并被强制戒毒6个月。
让吴中焕彻底崩溃的是艾滋病。因为吸毒,吴中焕在2007年下半年证实染上了艾滋病。在这之后,吴中焕好像一下子换了个人,常常闷闷不乐,要么就是喃喃自语,又因为吸毒的事情经常被母亲责骂,整个人变得特别沮丧。而这些情况,当时并没有引起家人的特别关注。几个月后,惨剧就发生了。
村民对此确实是猝不及防的。据吴中焕的妻子说,案发当天早上8点多钟,吴中焕突然对她说要杀死全村人,妻子劝他说:“不要这样说胡话,别让自己废了,天这么冷,还是快回床上睡觉吧。”吴中焕回床上睡了半小时后,说“要出去走走”。妻子见丈夫神情异常,便上去追赶,吴中焕扭头恶狠狠地对她说,“你再追我,我就打死你!”无奈之下,妻子只好跟在丈夫身后,沿路或暗示或明喊,让邻居锁好门,但还是没能避免惨剧的发生。
有村民试图分析案发当天上午吴中焕的心理状态:当时他的心理已经极度扭曲,把所有不好的事情都往一处想,觉得40多岁的人了,却整天挨母亲责骂,女儿逢年过节也不回家看看自己,仿佛要和自己保持距离,反正得了艾滋病迟早也是个死,自己死了,也不能让那些“仇人”痛快,不如索性拉上几个垫背的,于是就产生了报复社会的念头。
在接受公安机关讯问时,吴中焕说,自己这么做根本没有考虑后果,当时心中只有一个念头,觉得自己得了艾滋病活不长了,就想杀人,尤其是那些平时得罪过自己的“仇人”。
廖万荣为菜地的事和自己家里发生过争执,那天他越想越生气,觉得不杀了“仇人”不能解气。
而自己的亲生母亲,过去对自己放纵不管,知道自己吸毒后就经常骂骂咧咧,根本“没把自己当成亲生儿子”,也让他生气。
辛辛苦苦把小女儿养大,还送她到外地打工,结果却养了个白眼狼,逢年过节也不回来看他,这些都让他生气。生了一个人的气,就觉得许多人都可气,就想起了所有不好的事,就想把那些“可气之人”杀死。
他对办案民警说,知道自己死有余辜。当被问到是否要求请律师辩护时,吴中焕摇了摇头,似乎已万念俱灰。按照程序,民警三次征询他的意见,他都是同样的态度。

专家建议
政府部门要积极进行心理干预
中山大学政治与公共事务管理学院副教授何艳玲认为,这个悲剧事件发人深思,有许多地方值得社会各界反思。
首先,在现阶段政府部门对吸毒人员的干预仍是十分有限的。吸毒基本还是个人问题,在吸毒者对周围人群产生影响后,个人问题才演变为社会问题；只有当社会问题演变为公共问题时,政府才实行干预,这时恶果已经造成了,政府部门对吸毒现象要坚定预防为主的方针,积极干预。
许多吸毒者在吸毒之前属于在社会中不被重视的一类人群,甚至被社会所排斥并因此走上吸毒的道路；在吸毒之后,吸毒者染上毒瘾难以自拔,就业受歧视,又与周围人群疏远,容易产生报复社会的情绪。政府可以从这两方面入手,分别进行事前干预和事后干预。
另外,在现在的农村社会中,邻里之间的联系并不像在传统农业社会中那么紧密,农民的集体意识也不够强烈。一旦遭遇不测,农民经常陷入孤立无援的境地,社会干预失灵的情况时有出现。这也提醒我们,要积极探索有效的农村的管理机制。
可以在农村建立心理调适机构,重点对农村的一批既担负着养家糊口责任却又找不到工作的中青年实行社会干预。这种机制应当是一种常态的机制,能够持续性地对这批人群的情况进行摸底调查、动态监控与心理检测。政府对其应当给予资金和政策扶持。
应当对某些重点人群给予特别的照顾和关爱,如吸毒者、艾滋病患者、残障人士、家庭破碎的人等等。应当在这些人之中建立相应的心理调适机制,以发现并预防潜在的危险,防止他们出现心理疾病等问题。
心理调适机制的建立有各种各样的渠道。在农村,可以让村委会这一村民自治机构来充当政府与农民之间的沟通桥梁的角色,发挥综合协调人的中介作用；在城市,可以通过一些体制内机构如共青团、妇联、老年人协会来实现干预的目标,对其功能进行协调和处理,使这些机构能够发挥关照重点人群的作用；政府内部的一些相关职能部门如民政部门,也可以通过购买公共服务,扶持戒毒组织,改善就业政策等手段进行社会干预。

让人感到宽慰的是,事发后,当地政府做了大量善后工作,山村又恢复了往日的宁静和美丽。
但血的教训不能忘记。在和当地干部群众交谈中,大家不约而同地提到吴中焕悲剧的人生轨迹:小的时候缺少管教,长大成人后又备受责骂；意志薄弱,性格偏执,结果导致吸毒染病；生理疾病又加重了心理疾病,导致了心理的极度扭曲,最终酿成他个人和社会的悲剧。
如何让这个社会的所有成员保持身心健康,养成开朗豁达的思维方式和感恩的心态,是惨剧留给我们的课题。吴中焕事件不能孤立地看待,近年来,因心理失衡而报复社会的案件时有发生。杀人者虽已被处以极刑,但受害者却已无法复生,怎样消除产生此类悲剧的社会心理,才是我们亟待解决的问题。
对于如艾滋病患者这类易感绝望的群体,如何消除其绝望心理,让他们感受到爱和关心,而不是冷漠和歧视,从而让他们能够有尊严有追求地活着,而不是恶毒地报复社会,需要全社会一起来反思。
