30名广西志愿者加入国产"艾滋病疫苗"临床研究 |

南宁讯(记者张若凡)11月13日,记者从艾滋病疫苗临床试验报道研究班上了解到,11月11日,参与国产艾滋病疫苗临床研究的最后10名志愿者,在自治区疾控中心完成了疫苗接种工作。至此,共有30名广西志愿者加入到疫苗的临床研究中。志愿者接种疫苗后没有出现严重的不良反应,国产艾滋病疫苗的安全性再次得到验证。
自治区卫生厅艾防处副处长陈杰介绍,今年3月,国产艾滋病疫苗Ⅱ期临床研究正式启动。在第一阶段研究中,考察的是疫苗在人体中的耐药剂量。目前,共有30名志愿者先后接种了疫苗。经过观察,没有人出现严重的不良反应,这再次验证了国产艾滋病疫苗的安全性,并为下一步的研究打下了良好的基础。
陈杰说,国产艾滋病疫苗的研究进行到现在,还没有遇到过很大的困难。其中一个重要原因就是,研究的每一阶段都能在预计的时间内找到足够的志愿者参与研究。这说明广西具有很好的研究和防治艾滋病的社会环境。
Ⅱ期研究大约需要200名志愿者的参与,目前,疾控部门已经顺利招募到第一阶段所需的30名志愿者,并开展了疫苗接种。他们来自社会各行各业,有学生、医务人员、保安等,正是他们的奉献精神让科学研究有了持续发展的可能。
当天,记者在自治区疾控中心见到了两名参与艾滋病疫苗研究的志愿者。小罗和小吴都是刚刚大学毕业,一个学医,一个学护理。在报纸上看到疫苗研究在招募志愿者,他们就结伴报了名。
是什么让他们愿意冒着风险,成为临床研究的对象?小罗说,他是学医的,对艾滋病也有所了解。面对这样一个棘手的疾病,如果以自己的能力能够起到帮助,那是一件好事。
小吴是瞒着家人成为疫苗研究志愿者的,她说,家人不懂医,不想让他们担心。她告诉记者,她在今年5月接种了第一针疫苗。接种疫苗的前3天,每天都要接受回访。医务人员详细检查注射部位的情况,进行各项身体检查。至今为止,她都没有出现过严重的不良反应。除了定期回访,工作和生活没有受到任何影响。
据了解,在整个Ⅱ期临床研究中,第一、第二阶段招募的志愿者都是艾滋病的低风险人群,也就是健康人群。到了第三阶段,出于研究需要,将有一部分高危人群参与到研究工作中来。
