尹力副部长会见联合国艾滋病规划署亚太区主任

　　2009年10月22日上午，卫生部副部长尹力会见了“支持国家艾滋病预防、治疗和关怀普遍可及”联合高层代表团，就中国艾滋病防治的战略规划及重点、中国实现2010年“艾滋病预防、治疗和关怀普遍可及”全球目标所面临的挑战等问题坦诚交换了意见。代表团由联合国艾滋病规划署亚太区主任普拉萨达·拉奥（Prasada Rao）率领，成员包括世界卫生组织和联合国儿基会有关人员。

　　尹力全面介绍了中国艾滋病流行情况及艾滋病防控工作进展现状。他表示，中国政府高度重视艾滋病防控工作，专业技术队伍与非政府组织积极配合、共同参与，形成了关心、支持艾滋病防控工作的良好社会氛围。他感谢拉奥一行对我国艾滋病防治工作所提的宝贵建议，期待与国际组织进一步加强合作。

　　拉奥简要汇报了代表团考察情况。代表团普遍认为，中国的艾滋病防治工作近年取得了明显进展，希望在战略规划、提高抗病毒治疗覆盖率和母婴阻断覆盖率、加强高危人群干预、动员全社会参与等方面进一步加大力度。
