“健康门诊”预防艾滋病防出“副产品”

　　本报讯（记者 谢东星 通讯员 徐静东 覃世龙 周亚东）在我省各地开展的“美沙酮健康门诊”，初衷是预防艾滋病。可运行数年来，有了意外收获——减少毒品消费、降低扒窃案件、和谐家庭关系。昨日，湖北省疾病预防控制中心向全省推广荆州经验。

　　34岁的小卢自1992年开始吸毒，日均注射吸毒5次以上，毒资主要靠违法犯罪筹集。参加“美沙酮健康门诊”两年来，小卢每天坚持治疗。治疗3个月后重新就业，当上一名快递员。疾控部门多次对他进行尿检，从未发现毒品阳性。

　　据介绍，荆州第一家“美沙酮健康门诊”启动三年来，日均门诊量在360人左右，共治疗吸毒者30多万人次。据测算，此项工程减少毒品消费300多公斤，减少毒资消耗近亿元，减少间接经济损失过亿元。

　　同时，吸毒人群防艾知识知晓率达98％，93％的人员生存质量得以改善，60％的人家庭关系明显改善，30％的人重新就业。而据当地公安部门报告，2007—2008年度该城区扒窃案件报警率同比下降了43．6％。
