大学生预防艾滋病教育需要改进

| 据中国医学论坛报讯(驻地记者付东红)北京大学公共卫生学院常春等,近日完成并通过验收的大学生艾滋病预防健康教育与行为干预模式研究结果显示,大学生虽已掌握了最基本的艾滋病相关知识,但知识尚不完整;大学生性观念趋于开放,性安全存在隐患,大学生艾滋病健康教育和行为干预模式需要改进。 据项目负责人常春副教授介绍,研究者选择辽宁、北京、内蒙古、青海、广东、云南等9省各3所高校作为研究现场,对19124名大学生进行了自填式问卷调查。结果显示,联合国大会艾滋病特别会议的《核心指标构建指南》五项指标中,除“蚊虫叮咬是否传播艾滋病”的知晓率为54.7%外,其余各指标知晓率均在80%以上,说明大学生已经掌握了最基本的艾滋病相关知识,但全部答对率仅为38.6%,显示大学生艾滋病知识尚不完整。男生的艾滋病知识水平高于女生,民族院校学生艾滋病知识知晓率最低。 研究者还发现,目前大学生性观念趋于开放,仅有32%的学生反对在大学期间发生性行为,有20.5%的大学生不反对多性伴。在曾经有过性行为的学生中,75.2%不能做到每次使用安全套,42.4%的大学生有过多个性伴,10.4%(男生12.6%、女生5.1%)有性交易行为。 以上数据显示大学生需要艾滋病预防知识及安全性行为教育。目前,47.5%的学生所在高校开展过艾滋病健康教育,但教育方式比较单调,仅有29.9%的学生对教育活动满意。专家建议,将艾滋病与安全性行为教育纳入新生必选课,或者由学生社团在学校的领导和支持下对新生进行同伴教育。 |

According to Chinese Medicine Tribune inquiry (resident reporter Dong Fu Hung), such as Changchun, Peking University School of Public Health, recently completed and passed the acceptance of university students AIDS prevention health education and behavioral intervention model results show that college students has mastered the most basic AIDS-related knowledge, but knowledge is not yet complete; of the concept of college students tend to open, the existence of security risks, college students of AIDS health education and behavioral intervention model needs to be improved.
According to project manager, associate professor of Changchun, the researchers choose to Liaoning, Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Guangdong, Yunnan Province, 9 colleges and universities all three as a research site, the 19,124 college students conducted a self-administered questionnaire. The results showed that the United Nations General Assembly special session of AIDS "core indicators Construction Guide" five indicators, with the exception of "whether or not the spread of mosquito bites AIDS" awareness 54.7 percent for the rest of the indicators of awareness are more than 80% of that university students are already mastered the basic knowledge of AIDS-related, but all the correct answers was only 38.6 percent, showing college students knowledge of AIDS is incomplete. AIDS knowledge level of boys than girls, national college students a minimum knowledge about AIDS.
The researchers also found that the current sexual attitudes of university students tend to open, only 32 percent of students opposed to having sex at the university during the period, 20.5 percent of university students have no objection to more sexual partners. Have had sex in the students, 75.2 percent do not use condoms every time, 42.4 percent of university students with too much personality, 10.4% (12.6% of boys and girls 5.1%) acts of sexual transactions.
The above figures show that college students need for AIDS prevention knowledge and safe sex education. At present, 47.5 percent of colleges and universities where students carry out health education about AIDS, but education relatively monotonous, with only 29.9 percent of students satisfied with the educational activities. Experts suggest that the AIDS and safe sex education into the new course will, or by the student societies in schools under the leadership and support to carry out peer education on the newborn.
