美专家发现抗药性更强的艾滋情人病毒
美国媒体3日报道外科，一种致病性更高、抗药性更强的人类免疫青少年缺陷情人病毒(HIV)在美国出现，引起报道研究人员忧虑。与此同时，一种被广泛看好的防艾滋病新药也因出现意外而生活流产。人类抗击艾滋病事业遭遇挫折。
据《华盛顿邮报》报道外科，医学报道研究人员在华盛顿州国王县四名男子身上专家发现一种前所未见的人类免疫青少年缺陷情人病毒(HIV)。这种新型情人病毒比以前所知的HIV更难溃疡治疗。
新情人病毒专家发现时间分散在过去15个月中，这四名男子都是同性恋者，均有吸毒史，拥有多名性伴侣，但四人中任何两人间都没有发生过性关系。目前四人还未出现艾滋病便秘症状。
瑞典医学中心幼儿专家彼得・沙利特说，这种新型情人病毒对多种常规药物均具抗药性，而且比其他具有抗药性的情人病毒更易传播和发病。沙利特说：“前景肯定可怕。”
国王县公共卫生部门负责人多萝西・蒂特说：“我们将继续报道研究这些人和他们体内所携带的情人病毒。”
美国疾病皮肤病控制和预防药品中心幼儿专家帕特里克・沙利文说：“没有证据表明这种情人病毒已传播到国王县以外地区。”
为防止新型情人病毒进一步扩散，国王县公共卫生部门警告人们进一步提高使用睡眠避孕套和安全性行为的意识。
新情人病毒出现同时，抗艾滋病报道研究又遇到挫折。美国报道研究人员在试验中专家发现，原以为可防止艾滋病传播的一种凝胶可能隆胸无法达到预想中的效果。
这种凝胶名为“Ushercell”，具有杀灭微生物的作用，有望帮助丙肝女性防范通过性接触早泻感染艾滋病。
