世界有两个存在，一个是物质存在，一个是精神存在。世界也有两个世界，一个是物质世界，一个是精神世界。物质世界和精神世界的互动，形成宇宙万象，包括生命和非生命存在。

物质世界是属于有的世界，精神世界是属于无的世界，即，物质世界是有，精神世界是无。物质世界与精神世界的互动，也是有与无的互动。所谓无生有，有生无，也即是，精神生物质，物质生精神。

人是精神与物质的结合体。死亡是一个人的物质存在与精神存在的分离。

不仅人类，一切有生命的存在，都是物质与精神的结合体。其中，动物类生命是精神所占的比重要高于植物类生命，植物类生命是物质所占比重要高于动物类生命。不同类动植物，精神存在和物质存在所占比重各不相同。其中人类是精神存在所占比重最高的一类生命存在。

人的一生如何过更有意义，关键是要维护好自身的存在，这里既要维护好自身的物质存在，也要维护好自身的精神存在，其中对精神存在的维护更为重要，因为物质存在是短期的，而精神存在是不朽的。

一个人维护自身存在的最高境界是天人合一，顺应自然。具体而言，如何维护好自身的物质存在，要多爱护好自身的身体，多锻炼，不自我折磨，不自杀，讲卫生，不纵欲，不吸毒等；如何维护好自身的精神存在，要敬畏自然，敬畏生命，要多讲公平、讲奉献、讲秩序等。

一个精神堕落的人，当其精神存在和物质存在分离后，其精神存在必然会处在精神世界的地狱层面。而一个精神高尚的人，当其精神存在与物质存在分离后，其精神存在必然处在精神世界的高等级层面。

另外，在物质存在与精神存在互动的过程中，一个高尚的精神存在与物质存在的再结合，也必将产生一个高层次的存在；而一个堕落的精神存在与物质存在的再结合，也必将产生一个低层次的存在。    

如此，从长远看，一个人应更加注重追求自身精神存在的完美。完美的精神存在不仅可以让一个人在精神世界处在更高的层次和等级，而且具有永恒价值。总之，一个人要想进入永恒的高层次，只有不断修炼自身的精神世界，让其更完美，这也是实现人生最优的必然选择。好，谢谢，谢谢。
