良好的发展应实现三个良好的循环。一是在物质层面，应实现良好的物质生产循环。在人与自然的关系中，物质生产要实现人对资源环境可持续循环利用，切莫透支资源环境。在人与人的物质生产关系中，应形成有效的分工制度。通过分工制度，在人与人之间，应尽可能实现物质流和货币流持续稳定顺畅流动。若某一个环节出现流动性堵塞，必然会发生物质生产危机或经济危机或金融危机。二是在精神层面，尤其在生与死两个界别，应重点实现良性循环。人不仅在生中要有精神寄托，人在死中，也要有精神寄托。这样，在精神层面，生与死，就有循环。在生与死中，若任何一个界别缺乏精神寄托，人生世界必然会发生精神危机。三在制度层面，要有公正，这是制度实现良性循环的基础。公正是制度长久有效的基础。
