所谓血缘文化，就是社会中人的行为总是围绕血缘展开，血缘是一切活动的中心。血缘文化的产生和泛滥，有多方面的原因。一是人的天然本能。自然界中的各种动植物，天然具有血缘化的倾向，这一点人类也不能例外。二是秩序缺乏容易催生血缘文化。因为在秩序缺乏的情况下，社会必然高风险，为了应对高风险，人们必然要加强自组织行为，而血缘是实现自组织的天然纽带，也是实现自组织成本最小的纽带。三是小农经济以家庭为主要生产单位的生产方式，也进一步固化血缘文化。四是缺乏超越界的文化，会将人们对终极关怀的追求拉回到血缘自身，形成祖宗文化，通过祖宗文化实现终极关怀。最终，血缘文化在活的世界，围绕血缘中心构建了意义世界，同时，血缘文化通过祖宗文化将活的世界与死的世界也围绕血缘中心实现了一体化，并构建了意义世界，最终血缘文化完成了自身的意义循环。五是通过祖宗文化又关照现实世界，形成互动模式。最终，血缘文化完成了两大任务，一是有效对抗了现实世界的外在风险；二是也部分化解了精神世界的焦虑，尤其是对终极关怀的焦虑。血缘文化在社会的扩展，形成圈子文化和关系文化，在组织生活中，血缘文化形成宗派主义、山头主义等各种变种。社会需要血缘意识，因为这是人类的天然本能，是不可避免的，但血缘意识不应泛滥，过犹不及，形成血缘文化或血缘文化泛滥就不好。如何破解血缘文化，是一项长期任务，需要政治、经济、文化全面协调推进。好，谢谢，谢谢。
