社会如何实现正义，个人认为，应至少有七个方面的正义。第一，要实现食品正义。即在食品上，不管是穷人，还是富人，应吃到一样质量的食品。不能穷人吃低质量的食品，富人吃高质量的食品。让穷人吃低质量的食品，是社会对穷人的一种变相谋杀。因为穷人吃低质量的食品，会导致穷人生命质量更差，包括体力和智力方面，都会更弱，这会让穷人更贫困，生存更困难，生命更难维持，等于提前结束穷人的生命。第二，要实现教育正义。教育是能力的基础。教育不公正，必然导致个体发展能力有差别。社会应尽可能为穷人和富人提供一样的教育水平。教育不能等级化。第三，要实现竞争正义。在竞争领域，应坚持机会均等原则。权力、金钱、地位不能干扰公平竞争。第四，要实现岗位正义。所谓岗位正义，即合适的人应分配到合适的岗位，因为这样可以实现社会资源配置最优化。轮岗不是正义。轮岗本质是轮流瓜分蛋糕。解决腐败不能靠轮岗，关键是权力要实现监督。另外，由于业务不熟练，轮岗还会导致岗位工作效率下降。第五，要实现权力正义。其中关键在权力的分配上，应体现德才兼备、以德为先原则。第六，要实现财富分配正义。在财富的分配上，应坚持劳动价值论原则。多劳多得，少劳少得。第七，要实现社会救助正义。在社会救助上，对弱势群体应有完善的救助体系，至少能让弱势群体守住生存底线。为此，社会改革应坚持底线原则，即凡有损社会最弱势群体利益的改革，应一票否决。好，谢谢，谢谢。
