个人认为，社会发展要更加注重三大本问题，观点是否妥当，仅供大家参考。

一是要更加注重公平问题。公平比效率更重要。公平是本问题，效率是末问题。没有公平，只有局部效率和短期效率。而有公平，才有全局的效率和长久的效率。

二是要更加注重道德问题。道德比知识更重要。道德是本问题，知识是末问题。有道德，才有真知识，知识才能真正造福人类。没有道德，社会越有知识越恐怖。

三是要更加注重幸福问题。幸福比财富更重要。幸福是本问题，财富是末问题。幸福是真正的财富。若有财富，但没有幸福，财富就是一堆烂泥，没有任何价值。

本问题是树根，是社会发展的根基，社会发展根基好，社会大树才能枝繁叶茂，果实累累。

公平，道德、幸福，是文明的三大根基。基础不牢，地动山摇。社会发展，要始终把公平建设放在比效率建设更重要的位置，要始终把道德建设放在比知识建设更重要的位置，要始终把幸福建设放在比财富建设更重要的位置。
