2022年4月8日，上海抗疫“动态清零”政策第三批政府免费物资发放到位。具体发放物资包括：2根白萝卜，3根胡萝卜，一袋大米（2.5公斤）1个西葫芦，4个香乌笋，1个卷心菜，2个土豆，2个洋葱，其大小见本文献照片资料。除了物资，还有中药——连花清瘟颗粒2盒。
哲学社会科学任何文献都存在一个预设立场问题，我也不例外。我的家庭在上海，妻子孩子在上海，所以我的立场是显而易见的。长时间管控物资确实紧张，政府免费发放物资能解决部分问题，但不能解决全部，妻子每天早上六点会设法在手机上“抢菜”——这种是付钱购买的，但往往抢不到。政府在设法做到全部覆盖照顾，毕竟核酸检测数据政府公布接近2600万人在上海（2588万左右），加上当前病毒传播还在高发阶段，确实存在一定问题。特别是有些平时不做饭的群租青年人，五六个人群租的，平时没有厨房，没有储备食物，有的依靠周围邻居接济和政府免费发放维持，困难在一些群体中包括老年人、残疾人等群体以及群租群体中是存在的。
传播真实中国上海抗疫，应当防止两个极端：一个极端是无视所有问题，永远“正能量”，永远只会说好的，对存在问题视而不见，这是违背实事求是基本原则的；另一个极端是抓住个别很小局部进行放大，故意丑化抹杀政府、基层组织和志愿者以及一线党员干部的努力，这也是违背实事求是原则的。传播应当实事求是，好的方面表扬，不足地方改进。对上海一个2588万人口的城市，别说百分之一的问题，就是千分之一的问题也是两万多人的具体困难。网络上看到华东政法教授姚远通过网络为自己母亲注射使用的糖尿病药物求助，得到了其他市民的帮助；网络上也传播了投资京东的女士徐新在浦东因缺乏牛奶面包求助的新闻；还有其他具体现实的问题，确应重视快速解决。
希望上海疫情尽快过去。（完）
