到2020年我国新生儿听力筛查率将达到60%以上

新华网北京８月８日电 国务院日前印发的《中国儿童发展纲要（２０１１—２０２０年）》提出了未来十年完善出生缺陷防治体系的一系列策略措施，其中新生儿听力筛查率将达到６０％以上。
纲要提出的一系列具体策略措施包括：我国将落实出生缺陷三级防治措施，加强婚前医学检查知识宣传，规范检查项目，改进服务模式，提高婚前医学检查率。加强孕产期合理营养与膳食指导。建立健全产前诊断网络，提高孕期出生缺陷发现率。开展新生儿疾病筛查、诊断和治疗，先天性甲状腺功能减低症、新生儿苯丙酮尿症等遗传代谢性疾病筛查率达到８０％以上，新生儿听力筛查率达到６０％以上，提高确诊病例治疗率和康复率。加大出生缺陷防治知识宣传力度，提高目标人群出生缺陷防治知识知晓率。
纲要同时提出，加强儿童疾病防治。扩大国家免疫规划范围，加强疫苗冷链系统建设和维护，规范预防接种行为。以城乡社区为重点，普及儿童健康基本知识。加强儿童健康相关科学技术研究，促进成果转化，推广适宜技术，降低新生儿窒息、肺炎和先天性心脏病等的死亡率。规范儿科诊疗行为。鼓励儿童专用药品研发和生产，扩大国家基本药物目录中儿科用药品种和剂型范围，完善儿童用药目录。将预防艾滋病母婴传播及先天梅毒综合服务纳入妇幼保健常规工作，孕产妇艾滋病和梅毒检测率分别达到８０％和７０％，感染艾滋病、梅毒的孕产妇及所生儿童采取预防母婴传播干预措施比例均达到９０％以上。

Child transmission of AIDS prevention and integrated services in congenital syphilis routine maternal and child health, maternal HIV and syphilis rates were 80% and 70%, HIV, syphilis of children born to pregnant women and interventions to prevent mother to child transmission proportion reached 90%.
