武汉专家：老年艾滋病患者增多 以性传播为主

昨日，中南医院艾滋病专家、武汉市性病与艾滋病防治学会常委高世成副教授介绍，一年来他已接诊两名老年艾滋病患者，桂希恩教授接诊的更多，都为男性，都是通过婚外性途径感染了艾滋。
中国CDC（疾病预防控制中心）性病艾滋病预防控制中心近期完成的一项研究提示，伴随着我国人口老龄化及社会经济的发展，50岁以上年龄组艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病患者报告数及构成比不断增长，不安全性行为是其快速增长的主要流行病学危险因素。
专家指出，老年艾滋病患者逐渐增多主要有两方面原因。一方面与卫生部规定有关，从2006年起医院手术病人术前都要接受艾滋病病毒检测，老年人因身体原因需要手术治疗的几率更高，接受检测的机会也更多，查出艾滋的几率自然更高；另一方面，部分老年人防艾知识缺乏、退休后生活较为空虚、性观念较以前更为开放，特别是其中一些人不愿意使用安全套，是造成老年艾滋病病毒感染人数上升的主要原因之一。
