广西农民工群体艾滋高发 防艾工作迫在眉睫

　　中新社南宁8月4日电 (王雪 李静微)广西自治区防艾办艾滋病综合协调与宣传干预处处长葛宪民4日表示，作为艾滋病高发区之一，广西近几年的艾滋感染主体有所转移，目前农民工已成为广西地区感染艾滋的主要群体。

　　葛宪民在接受记者访问时表示，广西艾滋病传播方式与全国不同。河南以献血感染艾滋为主，云南是吸毒，但广西地区以性传播感染艾滋为主。且近几年的艾滋病感染者中约66.7%为农民工，其中建筑工人尤甚。

　　他说，相对于较稳定的工厂工人，建筑工人流动性更大，自我保护意识更弱以及老少掺杂不齐，更易成为艾滋病高发群体。他们长时间远离家乡亲人，更易接触到廉价性服务工作者。而廉价性服务已成为广西近几年艾滋病最严重的传播途径。

　　据悉，广西于2010年开展为期5年的防治艾滋病攻坚工程，由宣传、卫生、公安、计生、司法、科技等部门牵头。据卫生厅工作人员介绍，工程主要致力于降低广西新发艾滋病感染率、死亡率，提高艾滋病患者生活质量。

　　葛宪民表示，目前工程正在推进。他说，如果各部门严格遵守中央下发的政府统一领导，各司其职，社会广泛参与防艾工作，广西的防艾工作目标就一定能够实现，“至少在攻坚工程结束之时我们肯定能遏制广西艾滋病感染率快速增长的势头”。

　　为更广泛地在外来务工者群体中开展艾滋病防治宣传教育工作，提升外来务工群体健康意识和艾滋病自我防护能力，4日，“珍爱生命、抗击艾滋，走进建筑工地”活动广西自治区启动仪式广西首府南宁举行。据悉，稍后此项活动将推广到广西各市、县，以达到全面普及、宣传防治艾滋病知识的效果。(完)
