法国：一男子因涉嫌故意传播艾滋病被捕

　　新华网巴黎８月３日电（记者江珍妮）法国北部瓦勒德瓦兹省警方３日逮捕了一名涉嫌故意传播艾滋病的德国男子。这名男子名叫拉德－罗伯托，今年４３岁，在法国当保安，他因受到前女友的指控被法国警方逮捕。

　　据法国媒体报道，今年７月，拉德－罗伯托的一名前女友指控他隐瞒自己携带艾滋病病毒的秘密，在没有采取保护措施的情况下与她发生性关系，蓄意传染他人。法国警方经过多次深入调查后发现，拉德－罗伯托曾采用同样方式将艾滋病病毒传染给十多名女性。

　　拉德－罗伯托承认，几年来，他通过婚恋网站和社交网络“脸谱”结交了德国、英国和法国的多名女性，并与她们发生性关系。不过拉德－罗伯托狡辩称自己并未蓄意传染他人，因为他不能肯定自己是否携带艾滋病病毒。

　　然而警方调查显示，早在２０１０年，拉德－罗伯托的多名前女友就告知他她们感染了艾滋病病毒。警方还在拉德－罗伯托的临时住所搜查出他的就医资料。多名证人证实，拉德－罗伯托在与她们发生性关系时，坚决拒绝采取任何保护措施。

　　据悉，拉德－罗伯托面临传播有害物质的指控，法院将择日宣判。。
