今年上半年大庆市新增21例艾滋病感染者

今年上半年我市新增21例艾滋病感染者，均为性接触所致，这些人年龄都在20岁至40岁之间，其中3人已经死亡。
据市疾控中心统计，自2001年我市发现第一例艾滋病感染者以来，我市艾滋病感染者已有94人，其中11人死亡。
据市疾控中心艾滋病防治科科长唐煜辉介绍，艾滋病的传播途径主要有性接触传播、血液传播、母婴传播、共用针具传播等几种传播方式。从2008年开始，我市艾滋病感染者的人数增长较快，近三年增加的人数占总数的60%以上。
去年全年，我市艾滋病感染者新增26人。今年第一季度，我市就发现了9名艾滋病感染者，死亡1人；第二季度又新增12人，死亡两人。
唐煜辉告诉记者，我市年龄最大的艾滋病感染者已65岁，最小的只有20岁，多为性接触所致，其中70%是男同性恋者。“60岁至70岁的高龄人群感染数有所上升，而且感染者开始由高危人群向一般人群扩散。”
据了解，市疾控中心及五区四县疾控中心共设有15个艾滋病免费咨询检测点，可免费为艾滋病感染者进行抗病毒药物治疗，市民可拨打电话进行免费咨询。目前我市采用的免费治疗药物，对于维持免疫系统功能、提高免疫细胞的免疫功能十分有效，能够延缓艾滋病发病。
唐煜辉说，市疾控中心非常重视艾滋病防治工作，工作人员多次到娱乐场所、学校、建筑工地等场所宣传艾滋病防治知识。虽然很多人还对走进咨询检测点，进行艾滋病检测存有顾虑，但通过宣传，市民对艾滋病防治知识的知晓率普遍提高。今年上半年查出的21名艾滋病感染者，有半数是通过自愿检测查出的。
据了解，为方便检测，我市争取今年底，把全市二级以上医院全部建成艾滋病初筛实验室，届时，全市可以做艾滋病检测的单位将达到40余家。
专家提醒广大市民，艾滋病已成为威胁人们健康的第四大杀手，艾滋病毒感染者从感染初期算起，要经过数年、甚至长达10年或更长的潜伏期后才会发展成艾滋病病人。目前虽然还没有治愈的药物和方法，但可以通过以下措施进行预防：
坚持洁身自爱，避免婚前、婚外性行为。
严禁吸毒，不与他人共用注射器。
不要擅自输血和使用血制品，要在医生的指导下使用。
不要借用或共用牙刷、剃须刀、刮脸刀等个人用品。
受艾滋病感染的妇女避免怀孕、哺乳。
使用避孕套是性生活中最有效的预防性病和艾滋病的措施之一。
要避免直接与艾滋病患者的血液等接触，切断其传播途径。
