联合国副秘书长考察四川省艾滋病防治战略规划制定项目工作

2011年7月8-9日，联合国副秘书长、艾滋病规划署主任米歇尔·西迪贝先生考察了我省艾滋病防治和成都市男男性行为人群艾滋病防治战略规划制定项目工作。考察团现场考察了成都市疾控中心、成都市成华区美沙酮维持治疗门诊以及成都同乐健康中心，并围绕我省艾滋病防治和成都市男男性行为人群艾滋病防治战略规划与四川省、成都市相关人员进行了座谈交流。昨日中午，米歇尔·西迪贝先生接受了本报记者的专访。
8号晚上，米歇尔·西迪贝到达成都后，马上去了一个由男男恋者发起的社区组织。昨天上午，他还参观了一个给注射吸毒者提供美沙酮治疗服务的门诊。他称赞道，成都在这方面起到了带头作用，防艾经验值得分享。
在采访中，米歇尔·西迪贝说学到了两点重要的经验：首先，政府和社区组织之间的良好合作关系，可以使社区组织积极参与这项工作，正是因为他们的参与，我们才能更好地影响到目标人群，才能更好地实现一些防治结果，减少对艾滋病的歧视。另外一方面是政府和社区组织之间的合作。政府有一些非常好的政策和措施，使得社区组织可以更好地参与这项工作。
其实，早在2010年7月成都就启动了《成都市男男性行为人群艾滋病防治战略规划》，这是联合国艾滋病规划署联合世界卫生组织、联合国开发计划署、美国国际发展署等共同发起的艾滋病防治合作项目，它是国内首个男男性行为人群艾滋病防治规划。
米歇尔·西迪贝认为，成都是最早在男男性行为人群中开展艾滋病防治工作的城市，只要继续坚持，将来可能实现艾滋病新发感染为零以及男男性行为人群感染为零。华西都市报记者胡晓实习生薛野

8-9 July 2011, United Nations Deputy Secretary-General, Mr. Michel Sidibe, director of UNAIDS, AIDS prevention and investigation of the province, Chengdu, MSM AIDS strategic planning project. In fact, as early as July 2010, Chengdu started the "Chengdu MSM AIDS strategic planning", which is the Joint United Nations World Health Organization, UNAIDS, UNDP, USAID and other co-sponsored AIDS Prevention and Care Project, which is the first MSM HIV prevention planning.
