艾滋病实名筛查 减少17396例感染者

2010年度云南省科学技术奖励项目名单已于近日公布，由云南省疾病预防控制中心牵头，云南省艾滋病关爱中心、云南省药物依赖研究所、云南省妇幼保健院共同参与的《云南省二十年艾滋病流行规律及综合防治研究与应用》项目，获云南省科技进步奖一等奖。其中一项实名制筛查技术，让新感染减少了17396例。
《云南省二十年艾滋病流行规律及综合防治研究与应用》在国内首次建立了5项新技术，其中3项结果为国内首次发现。据课题主要完成人员陆林介绍，艾滋病实名制重点人群大筛查技术在国内尚属首创。该技术自2004起六年累积筛查787万人，发现艾滋病病毒感染者、艾滋病病人60034例。实名制使该60034例感染者知晓自身感染情况，为传染源管理提供了依据。六年间共减少二代艾滋病性传播新感染17396例，有效遏制住艾滋病疫情的快速上升态势，为国家避免巨额医疗开支和经济损失共计46.9亿元。
另外，课题中的艾滋病哨点监测技术，历时20年，对885.6万人高危人群和重点人群开展动态流行病学监测证实，我省艾滋病传播规律已从以注射吸毒传播演变为性传播为主。陆林介绍，截至今年1-5月，在我省新发现艾滋病感染人群中，注射吸毒感染占17%，性感染占76%，其中，男性同性性行为引发艾滋病疫情近年上升较快。（记者梁佳）
