云南艾滋病研究成果推广运用 减少新感染病例1.9万例

新华网云南频道6月24日电（记者 王凡）记者近日从云南省疾病预防控制中心获悉，“云南省二十年艾滋病流行规律及综合防治研究与应用”成果推广应用后，取得较好的社会效益，仅从2004年到2009年6年间就减少艾滋病新感染病例1.9万例，减少艾滋病死亡2668人。
作为课题负责人，云南省疾病预防控制中心主任陆林说，该项目研究成果的推广和应用，为云南“降两率”（降低新发感染率、降低病死率）做出了重大贡献。
据悉，六年间有60034名感染者通过相关渠道知晓了自身的感染状况，减少二代性传播新感染病例17396人，减少吸毒传播新感染病例900多例，使2953例艾滋病阳性孕产妇获得预防艾滋病母婴传播干预措施，艾滋病母婴传播率从35%下降到4.49%，避免1169名婴儿感染艾滋病病毒。六年共减少新感染病例1.9万例，云南省艾滋病流行快速上升的态势得到基本遏制。
陆林介绍，项目研究成果的推广应用还有效降低了云南省的艾滋病死亡率，使14662名感染者/病人及时得到规范的抗病毒治疗，艾滋病病死率由治疗前的22.9%下降到治疗后的4.7%，减少艾滋病死亡2668人。由于减少大量艾滋病新发病例和死亡病例，避免医疗费用和间接经济损失46.9亿元。
据了解，这项刚刚荣获云南省“2010年度科学技术进步一等奖”的课题是由云南省疾病预防控制中心牵头于1989年启动的，研究跨度20年，研究对象涵盖了AIDS所有高危人群和重点人群，调查人群规模达885.6万人，建立了39.5万高危人群流行病学数据库和生物样本库，建立了7.4万感染者/病人的流行病学数据和生物样本库。在地域范围上，该研究涵盖了云南16个州（市）的129个县（市、区），包括25个边境地区和跨境高危人群，客观揭示了HIV-1从国外传入云南，再向中国其他地区播散的全过程，填补了多项研究空白。
此外，研究结果还推动了安全套推广、美沙酮维持治疗和阳性配偶告知政策的突破，为云南省防治艾滋病“一办法六工程”的出台和云南省委、省政府开展“禁毒防艾三年人民战争”提供了科学依据。项目首次建立的哨点检测技术，推动了1995年以来在全国开展的哨点检测；实名制检测、重点人群大筛查技术促进了在全国推广艾滋病实名制报告制度的建立；阳性配偶告知、婚检人群筛查技术被列入2006年《云南省艾滋病防治条例》并实施，在全国具有示范效应。
据介绍，该研究建立的多项创新技术均处于国际国内领先水平。其中，2004年开展的实名检测、阳性结果配偶告知、美沙酮+抗病毒治疗为国际领先。此外，该研究多项结果为国内首次发现，即最早发现国内吸毒人群中爆发艾滋病疫情、首次证实我国首例艾滋病母婴传播、首次证实云南HIV-1主要流行株源自境外某些国家并沿贩毒通道向新疆、广西、广东等地传播，首次发现E亚型在中国的流行等结果。
陆林说，该研究共发表学术论文78篇（SCI收录20篇，影响因子97.63，他引442次），为云南省开展类似研究奠定了坚实的基础。
据悉，目前云南省已被列入国家“十二五”科技重大专项艾滋病防治示范区，将继续开展艾滋病综合防治研究，为后续的全国范围的推广提供探索和研究平台；为逐步降低云南省艾滋病的发病率和死亡率提供科学的技术支撑。（完）
