世卫组织呼吁给男同性恋者及变性者防治艾滋病的平等权利

新华网日内瓦６月２１日电（记者王昭）世界卫生组织２１日在日内瓦呼吁各国给予男同性恋者及变性者预防、治疗艾滋病的平等权利。
世卫组织、联合国发展规划署、联合国艾滋病规划署及部分非政府组织当天在日内瓦联合发布了首个有关男同性恋者及变性者艾滋病防治方面的指导文件。世卫组织艾滋病防控司司长戈特弗里德在日内瓦万国宫举行的记者会上表示，男同性恋者间及变性者间的性行为在不少国家和地区属非法行为，他们很难从正常渠道获取预防艾滋病的知识和治疗艾滋病的药物。
这份文件建议各国卫生机构对男同性恋者及变性者群体实施定期的艾滋病病毒检测，并呼吁男同性恋者及变性者群体加强对自身的保护，合理使用安全套，防止感染艾滋病。
戈特弗里德指出，希望这一文件能推动各国颁布相关法律，防止男同性恋者及变性者群体受到社会歧视，给予他们更多宽容和理解，保障他们的合法权益。

WHO calls for gay and transgender equal rights of AIDS

Xinhua Geneva, June 21 (Xinhua reporter Wang Chao) 21 World Health Organization in Geneva, called on countries to give gay and transgender prevention, treatment of AIDS equal rights.
WHO, United Nations Development Programme, UNAIDS and some non-governmental organizations jointly issued the same day in Geneva, the first for gay and transgender AIDS prevention and control guidance documents. WHO AIDS Prevention and Control Division Gottfried Palais des Nations in Geneva, held a press conference that among gay men and transgender sex between many countries and regions in an illegal act, they very difficult to normal channels to obtain the knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment of AIDS drugs.
The document recommends that health institutions gay and transgender groups for regular HIV testing, and called for gay and transgender groups to strengthen their protection, rational use of condoms to prevent HIV infection.
Gottfried said he hoped that this document will promote the States to enact laws to prevent gay and transgender groups affected by social discrimination, giving them more tolerant and understanding, to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
