新华网云南频道５月２０日电（记者 陈鹏） ２０日，云南省社科院专家介绍，针对性行为传播艾滋病毒比例的大幅上升，云南两年来开展的一项名为“社会性别敏感和健康维权”的防艾教育模式，通过让年轻人掌握安全、正确的性行为，使防治艾滋病取得很大进展。
据统计，２０１０年云南艾滋病人中经性途径传播感染率达７１．７％，较去年同期增加６．７％。其中，感染者配偶感染率已达１９．２％，婚内配偶间传播问题不容忽视，农村女性感染者人数上升；男男性行为人群感染者上升较快；青少年人群受感染的风险增大。通过性途径感染艾滋病毒正在成为传播艾滋病病毒的首要途径。
该项目实施专家师振黎介绍，针对这一问题，从关注“安全性行为”入手来开展“艾滋病防治”工作显得日益迫切，只要提供足够的科学知识并提倡正确的性行为，就可能建立起安全、愉悦、关爱、尊重和平等的性与性别关系，以此遏制住艾滋病病毒的主要传播途径。
２００９年，“社会性别敏感和健康维权”的教育项目由云南省社科院与云南省教育厅携手启动，该项目先后在云南省师范大学、云南省警官学院和昆明医学院展开，由这三家高校辐射全省，项目培训内容主要涉及性是什么和为什么（生理、心理和社会的）？性与性别因社会文化影响会发生的变化是什么？以及年青人在恋爱交友中如何履行平等、安全、尊重和责任等等。
两年来，先后已有近６２００人次接受了性、社会性别与艾滋防治相关知识的培训。该项目开发出多种针对不同人群的培训模式，一批专业骨干教师应运而生，产出了大量相应的教案和案例研究，这在全省乃至全国均居于前列。活动还跨出了校园，针对农村乡医、教管所干警开展相关培训和研讨，让他们发挥更大的带动效应。
该项目的成员普遍认为，获得性知识和性别意识提升，是健康权利的一部分，应及早消除过去女性对性的缄默和偏见，更要消除男性在性活动中不太重视安全防范的“男人气概”。强调安全性行为，既是权利也是责任。（完）
