防控艾滋病任重道远

最近网络上对防控艾滋病的讨论比较多，我觉得这是一件好事。作为社区比较资深的红丝带志愿者，我对艾滋病的防治，有以下几个心得：
首先，我觉得近些年的宣传还是有一定的成效，但是还远远不够。
我觉得近些年来对艾滋病的宣传已经比较普及了，社会上的普罗大众都对艾滋病的危害性非常了解，对传播途径也都比较了解了，社区的很多“恐友”，大部分是一些对艾滋病有所了解，又偶尔有所失足的版友来咨询的，我觉得大家有这种意识，这和近年来政府和机构的大力宣传是分不开的。
其次，我觉得扫黄打非，消灭商业性行为，对防控艾滋病、性病有所帮助。前段时间，以查抄“天上人间”为主体的扫黄打非活动，我感觉是非常有效的。自从扫黄打非活动深入持续地开展以来，我觉得社区里咨询的人一下少了很多。可见，这种活动还要多搞。
第三，我觉得应当尽可能努力消除对艾滋病人的歧视。对艾滋病的患者目前还有很多歧视，我有亲属是医务工作者，我感觉，便是医务工作者，都不能完全消除这种歧视。社区的很多版友，咨询时都作痛哭流涕状，甚至说“宁愿立即得癌症”这类比较极端的话。我觉得这都是对艾滋病的误解，在某种意义上可以看做对艾滋病的歧视。从我的多年观察来看，很多真正的感染者，不但生活很幸福，还结了婚，有了健康的小孩子，生活得很好。因此，要宣传正视艾滋病，不要戴有色眼镜地对待患者，否则是不利于对艾滋病的控制的。
第四，我觉得防控艾滋病的宣传应当长抓不懈，而不是每年１２月１日热闹一次，然后就销声匿迹了。这个现象也是比较明显的。每年１２月１日到来的时候，所有媒体都宣传，以搜狐社区为例，左管理、碧管理都会发表重要讲话，忙过这一阵，很快就消停了，这样不太好。希望所有媒体都能长期重视，常抓不懈，这样才有利于防控艾滋病。

Fourth, I think the prevention and control of AIDS awareness should be a long persevere, rather than December 1 each year busy time, and then disappeared. This phenomenon is also obvious.
