广西加大乡村艾滋病防控力度

广西新闻网南宁讯（记者董文锋）我区进一步加大乡村一级艾滋病防控力度。5月12日，记者从自治区疾控中心选派基层干部挂职锻炼动员会上了解到，从5月20日起，区疾控中心将选派11名中层干部及业务技术骨干，分别赴平乐、钟山、象州等11个县（市）疾控中心挂职。此次选派的11名干部和技术人员，都是流行病学和公共卫生方面的专家，他们将在当地党委政府和卫生行政部门的领导下，指导、协调当地艾滋病防控工作的开展。
随着防艾工作的深入开展，全区范围内已建立起了艾滋病治疗体系、预防体系以及关怀救助体系，我区正全力推进为期5年的“防艾攻坚战”，防艾重点将更加注重基层。目前，性传播已成为我区艾滋病主要传播途径，艾滋病疫情出现了以乡镇为中心向周边农村地区扩散的趋势，下一步我区艾滋病防控重心将“下沉”，重点向基层农村推进。
记者还从自治区疾控中心了解到，过去我区乡村一级艾滋病防控任务都交由县（市）疾控部门来负责，以后乡镇医生和村医也将承担起当地艾滋病防控的任务，定期对病人以及携带者进行随访管理、干预和服务，并加大基层艾滋病防控宣传力度。

At present, the sexual transmission of AIDS in our region has become the main route of transmission, the AIDS epidemic emerged as the center of the township spread to the surrounding rural areas, the trend, the next step will be the focus of AIDS prevention and control in our region, "sink", focusing on rural areas to promote grass-roots level.
The reporters also learned from the regional Center for Disease Control, in the past in our region at the village level AIDS prevention and control tasks are handed over to the county (city) disease control departments to be responsible for the future health of township and village doctors will assume the task of local AIDS prevention and control, regularly followed up the patients and carriers of management, intervention and services, and advocacy efforts to increase grassroots AIDS prevention and control.
