| 近日，青海省防治艾滋病性病协调会议办公室制定印发《青海省2011年艾滋病性病防治工作要点》，通过采取六项措施，促进我省艾滋病、性病防治工作的深入开展。
这六项措施中，一是完善防治工作机制，将艾滋病、性病防治工作纳入重要议事日程，保障必要的经费投入，继续加强防治专业队伍和防控专业机构建设；二是扩大宣传教育覆盖面，积极开展各级政府领导干部的艾滋病、性病防治知识和政策培训，将艾滋病、性病防治知识教育纳入所有初中及以上教育，组织实施妇女面对面艾滋病、性病宣传教育等活动；三是落实“四免一关怀”政策，建立为艾滋病病毒感染者、艾滋病病人及其家庭提供关怀和救助的社会支持机制；四是加强各级艾滋病实验室检测能力，建立健全艾滋病和梅毒免费咨询检测体系，提高监管场所医务人员开展监测和检测的能力；五是全面实施有效的干预措施，进一步加强针对性途径传播艾滋病干预工作；六是加大性病防治力度，重点加强对高危人群的性病疫情监测，整顿性病医疗市场，规范性病诊疗服务，提高性病医疗服务的可及性。(作者:高列 李峰)
