江门市召开市疾控系统艾滋病防治工作会议

2011年3月30日上午，为总结2010年我市艾滋病防治指标的落实情况和部署2011的工作任务，我市组织召开了江门市疾控系统艾滋病防治工作会议。江门市卫生局副局长蓝敏雄、市相关部门、市疾控中心主任刘鹰航、副主任许坚锋以及市直和各市区卫生系统相关负责人共50余人参加了会议。会上，专家们分别汇报了2010年江门市HIV初筛实验室质控考核及筛查实验室建设的情况、2011年艾滋病检测新规范、新要求、2010年江门市艾滋病防治工作总结及2011年工作要点、2010年稍点监测工作存在问题分析及2011年艾滋病监测工作方案、2011年全国艾滋病防治主要措施落实质量考评方案，会议还对在2010年江门市艾滋病防治工作的优秀单位进行表彰。
蓝敏雄副局长充分肯定了我市过去五年防治艾滋病工作上所取得的成绩，并就存在问题和下一步工作提出五点意见：一是统一认识，落实任务；二是统筹协调，发挥合力；三是加强宣教，普及知识；四是加强干预，阻断传播；五、是完善网络，加强管理。
2010年，我市防艾工作在市政府的重视下，防治工作环境得到优化，各项工作指标稳步前进，表现在：省卫生厅督导组高度肯定台山、恩平、开平三个示范区艾滋病防治工作取得的成效；截止2010年，全市共建立 23个监测哨点，覆盖了吸毒人群、女性性工作者人群、男性性病门诊就诊者、孕产妇、男男同性性行为人群等高危或重点人群；部门协作更紧密、社会群众的参与防艾的意识进一步提高；2010年底全市病例流调率和随访率分别较2009年的69.8%和55.6%提高至88.3%和80.1%；扎实开展预防母婴传播工作，尚未发现实施阻断措施后的母婴垂直传播二代感染个案，艾滋病母婴阻断取得显著成效。
