婚前体检 昆明仅六成新人检测

一份《云南省2005~2010年预防艾滋病母婴传播工作分析评估报告》显示出我省婚前体检的严峻形势。4月21日记者从省卫生厅了解到，2010年参加婚检的人群里有95.21%进行了HIV抗体检测，而这个数字只占当年结婚登记人群的68.4.%，较2009年下降1.17%。
报告显示，2010年全省婚前保健人群HIV阳性率未见明显升高，但女性感染者比例有上升势头，应引起关注。16个州（市）婚前保健人群HIV抗体检测率差异不大，仅红河州、迪庆州和文山州低于90%。但HIV抗体检测人数占当年结婚登记人群比例，除楚雄和德宏州超过90%以外，大部分州（市）普遍较低，迪庆州、红河州、昆明市和西双版纳州低于60%。
据悉，2007年至2010年期间，婚前保健阳性检出人数变化不大，阳性检出率变化也不大，2010年检出阳性1214人，阳性率为0.27%，男女比例为1.33:1。(王云)
