输血可能感染艾滋病、肝炎 自体输血减少感染几率

如果能采取自体输血，经血传播的疾病发生几率就会降低，因为自己的血不会带来那些外来的病原体。许教授介绍：“若进行输异体血，需要做很多控制措施。比如在采血过程当中，要进行血的初段分流。因为在采血时要进行血液消毒，其实有一些细菌藏匿较深，消毒液不见得能处理干净。有可能在采血过程中，细菌就会顺着血液进去了。初段分流在一开始就把那部分血液分离开来，就减少了污染的机会。”
