“我建议卫生部门、国家机关部门率先录用艾滋病感染者。我要大声疾呼。这个不落实，我们提了10年的关爱艾滋病人、反歧视都是空的。”濮存昕建议，国家人力资源和社会保障部和卫生部尽快对《公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)》中有关艾滋病列为不合格的规定进行修改，推开这扇门，使各地相关法规参照执行，让几十万受艾滋病伤害的感染者获得公平的就业权。

合肥打拐已走在前列

濮存昕认为，打拐一定要从根源上解决问题。“我国的户籍登记制度对非亲生儿落户的法规条款不完善，致使很多被非法买卖的儿童有可能通过各种违规方式上了户口，一旦上了户口，打拐线索没有了，孩子就有可能再也找不到了。我建议对所有非亲生儿童和收养儿童上户口时，都采集DNA血样，为拐卖犯罪增加难度。”
“我在2008年就加入了‘宝贝回家’志愿者协会，已经连续三年提交有关‘打拐’的提案。”濮存昕还表示，拐卖犯罪猖獗是因为有非法的买方市场，很多家庭没有意识到买孩子天理不容，“因此我还建议在农村和此类案件多发地区大力开展各种形式的打拐宣传教育活动。”
