为艾滋高危人群“松绑”（望海楼）

国务院日前下发关于进一步加强艾滋病防治工作的通知。通知提出，力争到2015年重点地区和重点人群疫情快速上升的势头得到基本遏制，到2020年全国疫情得到较好控制，继续保持低流行水平。
我国艾滋病流行形势依然严峻，目前防治工作面临艾滋病传播方式更加隐蔽，性传播已成为主要传播途径，男男性行为传播上升明显等新情况，防治任务十分艰巨。
艾滋病作为一种传染病，“控制传染源、切断传播途径、保护易感人群”的防控策略同样适用。而我国防艾工作的难点在于，高危人群却一直不愿浮出水面，无法最大限度发现艾滋病病毒感染者。
艾滋病流行与人的行为、社会环境等诸多因素密切相关，不再是一个简单的医学问题，而转化为一个严重的社会问题。仅仅依靠医学研究的力量，艾滋病病毒是无法被彻底遏制的。近年来，男男同性恋人群成为重点干预人群，艾滋病在此人群中最严重的地方感染率在10%以上。由高危人群向普通人群扩散中，男男同性恋者发挥着“桥梁”作用。
男大当婚，女大当嫁。在中国，同性恋要过第一道关就是婚姻关。绝大多数同性恋者屈从于父母和社会的压力，过着双性的生活。尽管中国法律没有明令禁止同性恋，但他们躲在黑暗中被形象地称为“柜中人”。这种不敢“光明正大”的性行为无法得到安全保障，男男同性恋人群艾滋病感染阳性比例逐年升高。据统计，男性同性传播新发感染在所有新发感染中的比例，从2007年的12.2%猛增至32.5%，成为2009年新发感染的重要途径。
艾滋病感染者和患者，作为传染源应当最大限度地得到管理和控制。对艾滋病感染者的歧视还没有完全消除，特别是对男男同性恋群体，带有明显道德歧视的成分。由于害怕歧视，担心暴露，他们不愿主动接受病毒检测，致使大量的患者未被发现，这无疑增加了艾滋病病毒传播的风险。他们不明不白地感染艾滋病，不知不觉地传播给配偶，艾滋病在无声无息中蔓延扩散。
男男同性恋者艾滋病检测阳性比例偏高的事实，再次提醒我们：家庭认同和社会宽容一个都不能缺。消除歧视的坚冰，揭去道德的标签，真诚地关爱艾滋病患者，让他们重回社会。吴幼坚是一位普通的母亲，她的儿子被称作“公开同性恋者身份第一人”。作为妈妈，她勇敢地和儿子站在一起！她成为中国首位公开支持同性恋的母亲。既然很理直气壮地说儿子没干错事、坏事，那又怎么能把这看成是“丑事”呢？对待同性恋，我国社会变得更加包容，同性恋不再被归类为性变态，现在被普遍接受的称谓是性心理障碍，这样更加符合国际精神疾病诊断标准。
“鸡尾酒”疗法的问世，将艾滋病病毒从“死刑”转变为一种可治疗的慢性疾病。遏制艾滋病，控制其蔓延，将是我们的一项长期任务。防艾不仅要在科学上普及艾滋病的防治知识，更要从社会道德层面为艾滋病病毒感染者和患者“松绑”，给予他们充分的人道关怀。这样不仅会增加他们抗争病魔的信心和力量，也会让他们勇敢地浮出水面，最大限度地推动全社会防艾工作进程。
