International Online Zhuangao: According to the U.S., "New York Times" reported on February 15, the United States, "Public Library of Science Medicine" magazine recently published a study in Zimbabwe HIV infections over the past ten years, down sharply from 1997 29% down to 16%, Zimbabwe in recent years mainly due to extramarital sex than in the past significantly reduced.

In the past, many Zimbabweans have several sexual partners at the same time, it caused the spread of AIDS is an important factor. Now, demographic studies and surveys of more than 200 local people showed that Zimbabweans have become more loyal to their marriage partners.

Zimbabwe extramarital sex decreased for many reasons. One is witnessing the death of other people sick, "warning" to make people more value to life, keeping oneself clean. The other is the economic impact, many respondents said the economic crisis, they do not pay for sex or money to feed more than his girlfriend.

Zimbabwe's sexual attitudes are changing. Fewer women and men to the bar date. Suffering from venereal disease has been seen as shameful, rather than proof of male masculinity. In addition, AIDS prevention education may also play a role. And with those high rates of HIV infection compared to neighboring countries, Zimbabwe level of education and marriage rates are higher.
