Innovation of Real Estate Finance Promoted by Indemnificatory Housing

Abstract:Chinese government has been energetically promoting to build indemnificatory housings, which will change the structure of china’s real estate market. Indemnificatory housing promotes the innovation of real estate finance. This paper builds an innovation system of real estate finance based on the financial innovation theory, which includes real estate finance product innovation, market innovation, organization innovation, institution innovation and supervision innovation. In the first, the author introduces and compares the foreign indemnificatory housing systems and financing modes, than analyses the innovation of real estate finance promoted by indemnificatory housing, and puts forward some suggests including designing real estate finance products based on supply chain, the real estate finance market locking in the middle class, establishing the new pattern real estate finance organization, building the real estate finance institution based on REITs and the real estate finance supervision based on integrated legal system.
