专家提醒：预防艾滋病必须控制性病

新华网福州１１月２１日专电（记者沈汝发）“世界艾滋病日”前夕，福建省疾病预防控制中心专家提醒，预防艾滋病必须控制性病。
据福建省疾病预防控制中心专家张春阳介绍，性病是与性行为相关的疾病，艾滋病是其中最为严重的一种。性病可以促使艾滋病的传播。
“不难发现，有性病流行的地方就会出现艾滋病的流行。” 张春阳说，性病病人容易感染艾滋病的原因，一方面由于性乱造成了传播的机会，另一方面由于性病所引起的生殖器损害，如溃疡和炎症提供了艾滋病病毒进入易感者身体的有利条件。如梅毒、软下疳等引起的生殖器溃疡，可使通过性接触感染艾滋病的危险性增加１０到２０倍。
张春阳说，艾滋病病毒侵入人体后，大量破坏淋巴细胞，致使免疫机能受损，人体抵抗力降低，已经感染的其他性病细菌或病毒的复制更加迅速，致使已感染性病的皮损等症状更加的严重。因此，在艾滋病流行地区，诊治性病时不能不考虑感染艾滋病病毒的可能及影响，以便选择合适的诊治方案。
专家建议，预防艾滋病，必须控制性病。控制艾滋病传播与防治其他性病是不可分割的。及早治疗并治愈性病可大大减少感染艾滋病的危险。改善性生活可使艾滋病的传播率减少，而安全套的正确使用可以使艾滋病的传播效率大大降低。另外，在提倡洁身自爱、遵守性道德的前提下，提倡安全性行为、正确使用安全套，是标本兼治地预防性病、艾滋病的根本措施。
