专家提醒：应加强对老年艾滋病感染者的预防

新华网福州１１月２１日专电（记者沈汝发）在很多人眼里，艾滋病似乎主要是中青年人，但记者从福建省疾病预防控制中心了解到，近年来，老年人感染艾滋病的比例呈上升趋势，性行为是主要感染途径。专家提醒，应加强对老年艾滋病感染者的预防。
据福建省疾病预防控制中心专家介绍，老年人特别是６５岁以上的老人在艾滋病的感染者中占了不少比例。老年人感染艾滋病基本上是通过性接触传播，这主要是由于生活质量的改善，中国人寿命更长，身体也更健康。因此，老年人，特别是老年男性的性活跃年龄会持续更久。
同时，老年人退休后生活较为空虚，口袋里有钱又有空闲，加上文化生活匮乏，精神空虚，就会光顾一些娱乐场所，从性交易中寻求乐趣。
专家分析说，在感染者中，男性多于女性。主要因为男性性需求比女性强烈，不少男性到了７０多岁还有正常的性需求，而老伴在５０岁左右绝经后便没有性需求了。一些老人在妻子过世或者更年期性功能衰退后会去一些桑拿、发廊、按摩店等色情场所，这些因素都导致他们感染的风险非常大。
另外，一些老年人防艾知识缺乏，不愿意使用安全套，常常会不幸“中招”。
专家认为，老人感染艾滋病的途径大多是性传播，应该对老人的“性福”问题进行健康的引导。受传统观念影响，不少人认为，一旦进入老年期，性欲和性行为就该停止了，或者应该清心寡欲。但现代性医学证明，性爱不仅仅是为了繁衍后代，也是人类感情的需要。有不少人无论在生理上的性能力，还是心理上的性要求，进入老年后都没有丧失。
专家建议，要着重做好对老年人感染艾滋病的防控和干预工作。有关工作人员应该对老人传播预防艾滋病的知识，让他们知道保持对性伴侣的忠贞以及正确使用安全套可以避免艾滋病感染。同时，卫生部门要加强对老年人感染艾滋病的监测和预防教育。
