大部分艾滋病自愿检测者存在恐艾症 需心理疏导

世界艾滋病日前夕，记者走进道里区疾病预防控制中心的VCT门诊———艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊。在这里，大部分自愿检测者都存在不同程度的恐艾症，不少非艾滋病感染者深陷恐艾症难以自拔。我市对这部分恐艾人群的心理疏导，需求的专业心理医生、学者还很多。
17日9时许，记者在疾控中心李凯峰主任的陪同下走进VCT诊室。在VCT诊室的采血区，检测员李威正在为一名年轻女性检测者抽取血样。为避免影响检测者情绪，李主任和记者退了出来。十分钟后，李威告诉记者，这名女性检测者不停地询问来访者的身份，听说是主任通知开会才逐渐放松。李主任说，所有的检测者都十分敏感，他们不希望自己的检测行为被别人发现，而检测过程中的一个小细节都可能导致他们崩溃。焦虑、质疑、强迫这些恐艾症心理症状几乎在所有“自检者”身上都有表现。
记者采访期间，VCT门诊咨询员王国明陆续接了三个电话，王国明不停地告诉对方不可能感染艾滋病。记者了解到，这是一名40多岁的男性检测者，去年10月因与失足妇女发生高危性行为主动到VCT门诊进行HIV抗体初筛试验。根据诊断艾滋病的标准，感染上艾滋病病毒的人全部都会出现抗体阳性。目前研究发现，抗体阳性出现的时间有一段“空窗期”，但有过高危行为之后3个月内检测不到抗体阳性可基本排除感染的可能性，6个月之后仍为阴性便可100％排除。这名检测者经检测已完全排除了感染的可能。然而事隔一年后，他再次陷入恐惧，每天都要打三四个咨询电话……
目前到VCT诊室自愿检测的多是高危行为人群，这其中有同性恋、失足妇女、外来务工人员等。很多检测者接受HIV抗体初筛试验后不相信检测结果，上网查找艾滋病症状。即使已经完全排除了感染的可能性，他们仍“纠结”于发热、乏力、腹泻、皮疹等类似症状，自己对号入座。
据道里区疾病控制中心统计，今年1月至11月，该中心共进行HIV抗体初筛试验2000余例，通过VCT门诊自愿前来检测人群占30%左右。目前，只有4人初筛为抗体阳性，受检者阳性比例为2‰。尽管疾控部门安排VCT诊室和自愿咨询热线为高危行为人群进行心理疏导，但恐艾者却深陷在自己假象的艾滋世界里。VCT门诊工作人员希望更多的具有专业知识的心理医生、学者能够加入到公益心理疏导恐艾症患者的队伍，帮助他们摆脱艾滋“疑云”，这方面的社会需求相当大。
恐艾症是艾滋病恐惧症的简称，是一种对艾滋病的强烈恐惧，并伴随焦虑、抑郁、强迫、疑病等多种心理症状和行为异常的心理障碍。
