男同性恋艾滋病感染率飙升 呈现低龄化新趋

根据疾控部门权威数据统计，目前性传播已成为国内艾滋病传播主要途径，其中男男同性恋艾滋病患者已占到总数32.5%，在过去的几年时间里，中国男同性恋的艾滋病毒感染者人数逐年上升，呈现出快速增长的趋势，这一现象引起各大相关部门的注意和警惕，如何防治和干预男男同性恋行为也成为各大城市艾滋病防治中心的重要工作任务。
不久前，由卫生部、各地疾控中心组织，各地方同性恋社区参与的一次全国调查中，主要针对男同性恋群体的调查，调查范围涉及全国近70个城市进行，通过抽样调查，先后共有五万多人参加。调查结果显示：我国西南地区男同性恋的艾滋病感染率最高，其中贵阳、成都、昆明、重庆这四个地区的男男同性恋感染率是较高的，均超过10%，而感染率最高的城市达到20%。华东地区感染率7%左右；华南地区和东北地区感染率在4%-5%左右。
回顾过去各大城市的历史数据可以看出，男同性恋艾滋病感染率飙升，每年都在以惊人的速度递增。
北京，据2006年统计，同性恋近30万人，随机抽取了500多位同性恋进行艾滋病检测，查出HIV呈阳性的占3%。当时北京位列全国男同性恋感染率最高的大城市。但是，截止2010年北京同性恋人群的艾滋病感染率及新发感染率较高，感染率为7.26%。广州，2003年男同群体的艾滋病发病率还只是0.05%，两年后增加到0.3%，到2010年该人群的感染率就上升到7%以上，而今年又增加到了8%。深圳，男同性恋艾滋病感染率6.5%，虽在全国平均水平上下，但比率已高过香港，香港大概在5%左右。而几年前，香港的同性恋人群感染率远超深圳。义乌，男同性恋人群艾滋病新发感染者明显增多，2010年的调查显示男同艾滋病病毒感染率为13.76%。
男同性恋中艾滋病感染速度如此惊人，主要原因在于：
第一，多个性伴侣，调查中，有70%的男男性行为者，最近6个月，与多名性伴发生性行为；
第二，大多采用不安全性行为方式；
第三，部分人群属于双性行为者，把病毒传染给家人；
第四，网络结交的男同性恋网友。
