中国网·滨海高新讯 整洁的写字间、桌椅等办公用品都是新的，一看就是间新办公场所。特别的是，这里的桌椅电脑都被贴上了纸条，写着“某某捐赠”字样，而电脑桌上的红丝带无言地告诉着人们这间办公室的用途。昨天（11月16日），一个完全由艾滋病感染者、艾滋病人集资创办的民间关爱机构——“艾馨家园”在天津市南开区成立，这些本来自顾不暇的人，却以积极的姿态开始公益事业，关爱那些跟他们同样染此病的人。

昨天（11月16日），天津市及北京的数家民间艾滋关爱组织的负责人,以及“中盖艾滋病项目”天津地区负责人、天津性病艾滋病防治协会会长、传染病医院红线带爱之家负责人、市疾控中心代表也到场祝贺。“中盖艾滋病项目”天津地区负责人称，由艾滋病感染者、艾滋病人创办的这一关爱机构，艾馨家园必将成为沟通政府与艾滋感染者的桥梁。

从QQ群到今天的工作室
艾馨家园这个名字对于天津市艾滋病感染者来说并不陌生。早在2009年10月，艾滋病人阿勇就在网络上建立了这个名字的QQ群，通过网络聊天的形式对艾滋病感染者以心理支持和干预，两年来关怀人数超过两百人。正是在这个QQ群的基础上，才有了今天的这间工作室。
目前，艾馨家园有常务理事9人，前期启动资金3万元均由他们集资。这笔钱并不富余，办公室的房租每年就要3万元，加上办公经费等开销，他们前面的路还很艰难。
作为创始人之一的阿勇称，将来艾馨家园的资金来源主要依靠项目资金、自主创收、政府支持解决，社会捐助将主要用于建立艾馨感染者互助基金。关于自主创收，阿勇说，感染者中有很多能工巧匠，将来家园会组织他们做一些手工艺品，拿到网上去卖，所得全部用于感染者自救。“我们已经申请注册了自己的网站，正在等待批准，将来感染者的小制作就会放到我们的网站上去卖。”据介绍，目前国际知名艾滋病关怀项目的推广均要求有一定比例的“草根”组织参与，也就是像艾馨家园这样的民间关爱机构，这也给艾馨家园这样的组织提供了生存的土壤。目前，天津艾滋领域的民间组织一共有五家，远没达到北京的规模和数量。

阿勇，一个瘦高个带有浓郁艺术气质的男子，艾馨家园创始人之一，他的经历传奇。阿勇是地道的天津人，“60后”。早年大专毕业后进入一家大型国企担任了十几年的行政管理工作，之后下海自主创业，正当事业干得风生水起的时候，被查出感染了艾滋病毒。那是2005年7月。
此后，他的人生发生了颠覆式改变。先后三次住传染病医院治疗，现在他已经在服用二线药物了。稍懂艾滋常识的人都知道，这是艾滋病人服用的最后一种药物组合。到了这个阶段，也就是艾滋病最严重的阶段了。长期服药的副作用导致阿勇脚末梢神经萎缩，严重的腹泻造成他十分消瘦。所有这些不适都没有吓倒他，阿勇积极参加各种国际和国内艾滋关怀机构的学习，掌握了这方面的知识。两年前，他成为天津海河之星工作组专职志愿者，专门从事艾滋感染者的关怀工作，又为自己积累了丰富的实践经验。
在昨天的现场上，阿勇还会不时接到艾滋病感染者的咨询电话，很多感染者都把他当作无话不谈的好朋友。
阿勇说：“刚刚确诊感染艾滋的人往往心存恐惧，因为对这种疾病不了解，希望获得正确的信息，我们会及时提供咨询，比如还能活几年之类的问题，给感染者以明确的答案和解释。服药后，因为明显的副作用，还会产生对服药的恐惧，我们会及时教给他们正确的方式，处理这些副作用。随着免疫力的降低，机会性感染的几率增加，我们还会教给感染者如何处理。”总之，阿勇认为，自己还有很多事要做，至于一般感染者关心的自己还会活多久这个问题。阿勇说，他以前也想过，但现在，他没时间想。(记者 高立红)
