10月9日—10日，山东省艾滋病综合防治示范区工作会议在德城区召开。省卫生厅调研员高岱、省疾控中心主任毕振强、副主任康殿民、省艾防所以及济南、烟台、德州等八地市疾控中心和10个国家艾滋病综合防治示范区有关人员60多人参加会议。
会议开幕式由省疾控中心主任毕振强主持，德城区委常委、副区长孟令芳就会议在我区的召开发表了热情洋溢的欢迎致辞，省卫生厅高岱调研员做了重要讲话。市卫生局党委书记崔书强、市疾控中心主任商怀君参加开幕式。
会上，省艾防所所长陶小润通报了全省艾滋病综合防治示范区工作进展情况，部署了今后工作任务，省疾控中心财务部对示范区财务报表工作提出了具体要求。跨入全国示范区先进行列的芝罘区、德城区、东明县代表做了典型工作经验介绍。会议代表围绕示范区艾滋病防治工作进行了交流和讨论，并到区疾控中心视察了艾滋病防治项目办，现场察看并听取了德城区艾防项目工作介绍，新湖办事处、东方家园社区结合各自防治职责做了工作情况汇报。
在市区卫生部门的鼎力支持和密切配合下，会议按程序圆满完成各项议程，省疾控中心副主任康殿民做了会议总结讲话，要求全省各地市认真传达贯彻会议精神，按照国家项目示范区要求全力做好艾滋病综合防治工作。
