遵义市防艾委全会要求把防治工作落到实处

本网讯 （记者 樊明富）日前，市政府召开2010年市防治艾滋病工作委员会全体会议。会议的主要内容是通报我市艾滋病防治工作情况，进一步明确艾滋病防治目标任务，研究部署下一阶段艾滋病防治工作。
副市长刘兴万在会上强调，各级各部门要从维护社会稳定的高度，采取切实有效措施做好防治工作。当前，要把艾滋病防治纳入当地经济社会发展规划和卫生事业发展规划统筹安排，广泛深入宣传艾滋病防治知识；各级各类机关、单位要广泛普及艾滋病防治和无偿献血知识，各级卫生、疾控部门要把安全套推广、清洁针具交换等行为干预措施落到实处，公安、文化、工商等有关部门应按照各自职责予以配合；对HIV感染者、艾滋病病人及其遗孤，要加强对其生产、扶贫、教育、医疗等方面的关怀和支持，营造有利于艾滋病病毒感染者和患者生存的宽松环境，把国家“四免一关怀”落实到艾滋病感染者和艾滋病病人身上。

Newswire (press Fan Mingfu) recently, the city government held the 2010 plenary meeting of the Urban AIDS Working Committee. The main content is informed of city AIDS prevention and control work, to further clarify the goals and tasks AIDS, study and plan the next stage of AIDS.

Currently, AIDS prevention should be incorporated into local economic and social development planning and health development planning co-ordination arrangements to extensively publicize AIDS knowledge; levels of various agencies and units to widely spread the knowledge of AIDS prevention and voluntary blood donation, all levels of health, disease control departments should condom promotion, needle exchange and other measures to implement the behavioral intervention, public security, culture, industrial and commercial departments should be in accordance with their respective responsibilities; on HIV infection, AIDS patients and orphans, to strengthen their production, poverty alleviation, education, medical care, the care and support, create a favorable living with HIV and survival of the relaxed environment of the country, "Four Frees and One Care" to the implementation of HIV infected persons and AIDS patients.
