疑在医院输血感染艾滋病 男子打砸院长办公室

田喜系河南省新蔡县古吕镇居民，2004年7月，在政府组织的艾滋病普查中，被确诊患有艾滋病。之后，当地政府部门按照有关政策对其进行治疗和救助，免费提供药物。田喜到北京上学后，有关部门又将其个人档案转至北京，以方便其免费治疗。在上学期间，当地政府筹集募捐资金4万多元，资助其学习生活，并为其办理了城市医保，同时也为其个人及家庭成员办理了城市低保，及时解决其家庭生活、生产中的困难。
田喜因怀疑所患艾滋病是自己多年前在新蔡县人民医院输血感染所致，2010年8月2日，到县医院将院长办公室的电脑、电话等办公用品砸毁。之后，又两次持钉锤将院长办公室防盗门、医院门诊大厅展板砸毁。自8月7日起，田喜开始到院长家中骚扰，多次用钉锤、砖块砸门，砸毁门锁、猫眼等，造成院长家人、医院工作人员及周围邻居的不安和恐慌。
田喜的行为已涉嫌故意毁坏财物罪，经多次教育劝导无效。新蔡县公安机关于2010年8月19日对其依法刑事拘留。新蔡县人民检察院于2010年8月23日以涉嫌故意毁坏财物罪对其批准逮捕，并于2010年9月1日向新蔡县人民法院提起公诉。
新蔡县人民检察院指控田喜的主要犯罪事实：(一)2010年8月2日上午9时许，被告人田喜到新蔡县人民医院院长李俊洲办公室，以在新蔡县人民医院输血感染艾滋病为由，向李俊洲索要赔偿，索要未果后将该办公室内的电脑、传真机、电话、饮水机等物品砸毁。经鉴定，被砸毁物品价值人民币2664元。(二)2010年8月5日上午8时许，被告人田喜到新蔡县人民医院院长李俊洲办公室，将该办公室的防盗门砸毁。经鉴定，被毁物品价值人民币123元。(三)2010年8月6日下午3时许，被告人田喜到新蔡县人民医院院长李俊洲办公室外，将该办公室刚修复好的防盗门砸毁，后又将该医院门诊楼一楼大厅的“专家简介展板”砸毁。经鉴定，被毁物品价值人民币670元。(四)2010年8月14日下午，被告人田喜到新蔡县政府招待所家属院李俊洲家门口，将李俊洲家的防盗门锁、猫眼砸毁。经鉴定，被毁坏物品价值人民币330元。(五)2010年8月17日下午，被告人田喜在其家西边一路口处将新蔡县古吕镇人民街居民胡耀东的“雅马哈”牌踏板摩托砸毁。经鉴定，被毁坏物品价值人民币340元。
新蔡县人民法院审查后于2010年9月1日立案，并于当日送达起诉书副本，2010年9月21日开庭审理，待合议庭合议后择日依法宣判。
