青海新闻网讯 9月19日，由省人民政府新闻办公室、省艾滋病协调会议办公室以及黄南藏族自治州相关部门共同主办的红丝带草原行——艾滋病防治宣传活动走进黄南。
当日上午，同仁县街心公园广场上，到处飘扬着美丽的红丝带。伴随着优美的音乐和舞蹈，红丝带像一条纽带，将人们紧紧联系在一起。
据省传染病预防控制所副所长王学文介绍，我省防艾工作取得了显著成绩，艾滋病的传播始终处于低流行状态。但是，我省的艾滋病防治形势不容乐观，疫情呈现快速增长、由高危人群向正常人群传播的势头。自1998年至2010年的12年间，全省累计发现艾滋病病毒感染者274例。而艾滋病的传播不仅有流行病学特征，而且带有非常复杂的社会性因素，它不是单纯的传染病，而是一种社会病，需要医学、社会、心理、伦理和法律等学科的共同参与和全社会的重视，艾滋病问题是一个全社会面临的重大公共卫生问题和社会问题，担当防艾重任，各部门责无旁贷。
省人民政府新闻办公室副主任李积科说，目前我省艾滋病流行主要呈现四个特点：总体呈低流行，但流行范围逐年扩大，疫情呈上升趋势；正在由高危人群向一般人群传播；三种传播途径并存，以静脉注射吸毒人员感染最多。经性途径传播的感染者逐年增多；再者随着旅游业的发展，流动人口剧增，传染源进入的危险性增大。针对群众缺乏足够的艾滋病知识和正确的认识及自我防范能力的实际情况，开展了此次艾滋病防治宣传教育活动，从而使大家了解艾滋病的传播途径，掌握预防知识，建立文明健康的生活方式，把防治艾滋病变成社会全体居民的自觉行为，努力营造艾滋病群防群控的社会氛围。(作者：王复莲 周鹏)
