近日，开发区疾病预防控制中心举办了全区艾滋病高危行为干预工作培训班，各防治艾滋病工作委员会成员单位联络员共计23人参加此次培训。此次培训班重点讲解了艾滋病的基础知识、宣传教育、同伴教育与外展服务、FSW交流技巧及干预技巧等相关内容。

　　据悉，此次高危行为干预工作培训是为了认真贯彻落实《艾滋病防治条例》和《中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划(2006-2010年)》精神，按照《烟台市2009年中央补助艾滋病防治项目资金管理方案》要求，着重提高高危行为干预工作人员的理论水平和实际操作技能，进一步规范组织工作，促进各成员单位协调配合开展艾滋病防治工作。

　　会后，各成员单位联络员纷纷表示，通过培训提高了自己对高危行为干预工作重要性的认识，一定会传达好相关精神，进一步规范高危行为干预的内容、方法以及资料的收集、分析和管理，充分利用社会资源，发动文化、教育、公安、工商、人口计生和卫生等部门协调配合，为防治艾滋病奠定坚实的基础。(通讯员 龙春丽 于蔚)

  Recently, the Development Centre for Disease Control and Prevention conducted a regional training course on HIV risk behavior intervention, the AIDS Working Committee members of the unit liaison total of 23 people to attend the training. The training focused on explaining the basics of AIDS, education, peer education and outreach services, FSW intervention skills, communication skills and relevant content.
  
  It is reported that the high-risk behavior intervention training is to conscientiously implement the "AIDS Prevention Act" and "China containment and control of AIDS Action Plan (2006-2010)" spirit, in accordance with the "Yantai City in 2009 Zhongyang benefits AIDS Project Fund Management program "requirement, focusing on high-risk behavior intervention to improve the theoretical level of staff and operational skills to further regulate the organization, to promote coordination of all members of the unit to carry out AIDS prevention work.
  
  After the meeting, the members of the unit liaison officers have said that through training to improve its own high-risk behavior intervention awareness of the importance of work, will convey a good correlation, and further regulate the content of high-risk behavior interventions, methods, and data collection, analysis and management full use of social resources, mobilize culture, education, public security, business, family planning and health sector coordination, in order to lay a solid foundation for the fight against AIDS.
