两年来，为治疗妻子的白内障，邢台沙河市綦村镇纸房村村民秦增恒不知跑了多少路，医院要么告知没有能力，要么是研究研究再定手术方案。这一切都因为，他的妻子是输血感染艾滋病毒携带者，人见人怕。
经过两年漫漫求医路，夫妻俩最近总算看到一些希望，经多方协调，到邢台眼科医院后总算可以就诊，医院表示请专家会诊后再确定是否做手术。

艾滋病患者又患白内障
昨日，秦增恒带着妻子刘入妮，乘三轮车、倒公交车，几经周折再次来到邢台市，去医院咨询什么时间能为刘入妮进行白内障手术治疗。
刘入妮今年60岁，是邢台沙河市因输血感染艾滋病的现存者之一，也是年龄最大的一人。
2005年2月28日，沙河市孔庄办事处卫生院按照沙河市卫生局(2004)8号文件要求，对辖区既往有偿供血(浆)和有受血(浆)史人群进行艾滋病抗体筛查，刘入妮曾在邢台矿业（集团）有限责任公司总医院显德汪医院（以下简称显德汪医院）输过血。
河北省艾滋病检测中心对刘入妮的《HIV抗体检测确认报告》，证明她系感染HIV-1抗体阳性（艾滋病）。
秦增恒说，1996年，刘入妮走路晕倒，经医院检查严重贫血，后经人介绍到显德汪医院治疗并输了四磅血。自此，刘入妮被艾滋病毒缠上了身。“这种孬病，一直伴随我至今无法根除。”刘入妮说，她不但受着罪，还连累了整个家庭。
2008年，刘入妮开始出现视力模糊，沙河市人民医院诊断为双眼患老年性白内障，并建议到上级医院进一步诊治。
沙河市人民医院表示治不了这病，而后找到该市卫生局进行协调也一直未果。开始，刘入妮视力虽模糊，但还有感光。今年1月份，刘入妮的眼睛啥也看不清了，走路都得由人牵引着。
困境
求医两年难做白内障手术
秦增恒说，老伴的艾滋病没有办法根治，但再也不能眼睁睁看着妻子被白内障疾病缠身而失明，原本一门心思为妻子输血感染艾滋病维权的秦增恒，不得不分散出精力四处求医。
秦增恒称，沙河市卫生局局长王占斌告诉他，刘入妮治疗白内障疾病有两条路可走，一是等残联有了免费指标再手术，二是自费治疗，将来可从新型农村合作医疗中报销部分医药费。王占斌还告诉他，沙河市内的医院无能力做这种手术，只能联系到邢台眼科医院进行治疗。
昨日，秦增恒拿着刘入妮2008年11月1日在沙河市人民医院的诊断证明书说：“医院有眼科为何就做不了白内障手术，而且，我打听到沙河市白塔镇卫生院都能为患者做白内障手术。”
秦增恒怀疑，医院是在歧视艾滋病毒感染者。
昨日，沙河市卫生局局长王占斌表示，沙河市人民医院眼科仅有门诊部，根本不具备白内障手术的能力，并非像秦增恒想的那样“歧视艾滋病患者”。
王占斌说：“从今年4月份才接到秦增恒反映刘入妮患白内障要求做手术，以前，秦并未给我说过此事。对于刘入妮的家庭我一直很同情，她的事情我们一直在积极协调。”
丈夫发愁学会了吸闷烟
秦增恒本不会吸烟，自刘入妮被确诊为艾滋病毒携带者后，为了妻子的维权官司，他在思考问题时染上了烟瘾。
2006年10月12日，秦增恒一纸诉状将显德汪医院推向被告席，要求被告承担原告各项损失30万元。
官司一打四年，从一审打到二审，再到省高级人民法院裁定发回重审，几经波折至今还没有一个结果。
最近，老秦又因妻子患白内障疾病四处求医处处碰壁而苦恼。谈话间，老秦一根接一根地吸着1元钱一包的“金丝猴”牌香烟。
“这几年打官司，全靠儿子在建筑队干苦力活，每月挣的1000多元钱补贴家里，其他再无经济来源。”秦增恒说，这段时间为妻子做手术的事又发愁了，每天都要从村里小卖部花2元钱买两包烟。
老秦眼见着妻子的气色一天不如一天好，心事也一天比一天沉重。

多位专家今日将进行会诊
今年7月27日，秦增恒和女儿秦军叶来到邢台眼科医院，咨询刘入妮白内障疾病能否入院进行手术治疗，秦军叶坦言母亲是艾滋病毒感染者。该院感染科护士长高志英接待后表示可先挂号进行诊治。
医院没有拒绝他们，秦增恒感到妻子的白内障手术有了希望，于是当日下午便将妻子从家里接到邢台眼科医院。
挂号后带刘入妮去眼科门诊部就医时，秦军叶被医生和护士叫住。秦军叶说，医生了解到她与刘入妮关系后告知，刘入妮的病不是一般的病，白内障疾病可先拿些药回家治疗，让她留下联系方式。
7月31日，秦军叶接到邢台眼科医院感染科赵主任的电话，表示关于刘入妮的手术事宜正在预约相关专家，但建议等天气凉爽了再进行治疗。秦军叶说，母亲的病情不能再等了，越快做手术越好。
昨日，邢台眼科医院副院长李瑞峰表示，已预约好邢台第二医院（传染病医院）专家、邢台市卫生局、疾控中心人员，今日16时，将对刘入妮病情进行全面会诊，通过会诊结论最终确定是否适宜手术。
邢台眼科医院已从沙河市卫生局调取了刘入妮每季度艾滋病毒检测结果，为专家会诊做好了相应的数据资料准备。
李瑞峰表示，经专家论证，如刘入妮具备白内障手术条件，医院将着手准备下一步手术方案。艾滋病目前还不能治愈，而此种手术在该院实在是没有相关经验，从前期准备流程上要确保万无一失，既要考虑到患者的安危情况，也要考虑到医护人员的安全。
