孟林与慕容枫：两个“草根”的抗艾之路

那些回忆如同刀子，一次次剖开他的伤口。“说实话，我不愿讲我自己的故事。但只要听众愿意听，我就会讲下去。我希望这可以让他们看到一名感染者的真实一面。”
与孟林不同，来自河北的慕容枫，从噩梦开始的那一刻便被推上了风口浪尖。
2005年初，一次单位组织的无偿献血中，他被查出HIV阳性。未等市疾控中心来作确认，血站就将他患病的消息透露了出去。
慕容枫几乎是在一夜之间懂得了什么叫人言可畏。他患病的消息在几个小时内传遍了单位和社区。同事相见，远远地躲着他走，社区的网站上，竟然有人将他的信息贴出来，警告大家“这个人有艾滋病，离他远一点。”
在这之前，他是当地机关的一名干部。市里的青年突击手，省里的优秀团务干部，挂满光环的他前程一片光明。艾滋病击碎了这一切。
出于保护他的目的，市疾控中心医生好心地对他说：“要不帮你出一个证明辟谣吧，就说你其实是乙肝大三阳，你还可以继续上班。”慕容枫拒绝了。
在那之后的一年中，他同每一个感染者的最初阶段一样，恐惧、抑郁和绝望。幸而家人没有拒绝他。开明的父母不仅接纳了儿子，也接纳了儿子的病友。由于被暴露，一些病人开始悄悄与他联系，他的家逐渐成为病友们的聚集点。在这样的交流中，他渐渐接受了现实，决定勇敢地站出来做点什么。
2007年3月，慕容枫通过一名病友认识了孟林，二人第一次打电话就聊了40多分钟。电话彼端孟林传递的信息让他兴奋不已，“忽然发现北京还有这么大的组织，这么好的资源”。在与身边感染者商量后，慕容枫决定成立“爱之光”感染者互助社区，寓意希望每个艾滋病病毒感染者都能生活在爱的阳光下。即刻，他动身去了北京。
他在北京郊区通州租了间房子，大约半年的时间里，参加了北京所有他能得到消息的培训和活动。在一次次交流和听讲中，他开阔了眼界，也大大减少了对于艾滋病的恐惧。他决定用这些知识来帮助其他病友。2007年夏天起，慕容枫在孟林和北京佑安医院福燕护士长的帮助下，陆续为几十名病友建立了免费检测关系。11月，他又回到河北搞了一个治疗培训班，25个人参加，效果不错。
从2008年开始，除了做好感染者治疗关怀外，慕容枫将更多的精力放在对普通人群推行艾滋病知识普及和消除歧视宣传上。他开始频繁出入社区与学校，在全国做了几十场演讲和宣传。每到一处，他都先以志愿者身份向人们宣传，再以感染者身份与人们进行交流。即使在出租车上，慕容枫也从来不避讳与艾滋病相关的话题。
“我意识到，如果我们总是把自己封闭起来，社会就不可能了解我们，真正理解和帮助我们。总要有人站出来，发出我们自己的声音。”
每到一处，慕容枫被问及最多的问题是：“讲讲你患病的故事吧。”
面对提问者好奇的目光，慕容枫会耐心地、一点一点地从头讲起。他总是带着阳光般的笑容告诉观众，“艾滋病，只是意味着我们的血液和别人不同，我们同样可以做出对社会有用的事，同样可以坚强、健康和快乐地生活！”
事实上每讲一次，他都会哭一次。那些回忆如同刀子，一次次剖开他的伤口。

说这话时，刚过30岁的慕容枫满脸灿烂，却灿烂得让人心痛。
