新华网维也纳7月21日电 （记者张伟 王江 刘钢）21日，世界艾滋病大会进入第四天。4天的会议中，一直活跃着中国人的身影。无论是政府官员、专家学者，还是中国抗艾宣传员，都在向外界发出中国的声音，积极进行学术交流并宣传抗艾工作，从而为世界抗艾出力。而中国近年来在抗艾方面的努力也得到了与会人士的普遍认可。
19日晚上，一场名为“聚焦中国”的活动在会场中心举行。世界卫生组织、梅琳达盖茨基金会等众多机构的专家和学者与会，与中国专家和官员一起讨论中国艾滋病防治工作的进展和前景。能容纳数百人的会场中心座无虚席。
中国艾滋病防治工作进展如何？中国专家的讲解使不少与会外国专家感到兴奋。中国早在2007年就降低了艾滋病治疗“门槛”，即在艾滋病病毒感染者体内的ＣＤ4免疫细胞下降到每立方毫米350个时就实施治疗，而不用等到这种细胞下降到200个。这一2007年的标准与世卫组织在本次大会上刚出台的新标准一致。许多专家对中国超前的做法大加赞赏，普遍认为中国的经验对全球抗艾有启发。他们还就中国在抗艾领域面临的挑战建言献策，现场气氛十分热烈。

学术讨论之后，中国抗艾宣传员彭丽媛和濮存昕相继登台，宣传中国艾滋病防治工作。
“我这次来到世界艾滋病大会，了解到整个世界艾滋病防治情况，但其实不停在想中国的事情，”濮存昕在活动结束后对记者说，“中国的艾滋病问题解决好了，一定是为世界做了大贡献，因为所有人把我们看成是发展中国家的榜样，我们一定要团结起来，把艾滋病问题解决好。”
事实上，中国近年来在艾滋病防治工作上所作的努力有目共睹，得到许多国际组织和专家学者的认可，许多外国专家学者在和记者交流时甚至主动提及中国的成就。

“我对中国所取得的成绩感到骄傲”，联合国艾滋病规划署执行主任米歇尔西迪贝对记者说。10年前，中国对吸毒人员采取零容忍态度，但近些年中国实施了大规模的戒毒项目，这对有效抑制艾滋病病毒在吸毒人群中的传播非常重要。
世界卫生组织驻华代表蓝睿明则评价说，中国所取得的进步很大，包括采取措施降低吸毒人员的艾滋病感染率，进行美沙酮替代治疗法，开展清洁针具交换计划等等。这些做法大大降低了高危人群的艾滋病感染率。
今年4月，中国取消了对患艾滋病外国人入境的限制，这一做法在本次世界艾滋病大会上获得一致好评。从西迪贝到普通的艾滋病病毒感染者，都对这一消息表示高兴。 艾滋病病毒感染者凯文穆迪是会场的一个志愿者。他对记者说,从他的角度来说，很高兴看到中国取消限制，因为“很多针对艾滋病患者的歧视性政策的出台是由于人们曾经对这一疾病充满恐惧，而消除歧视性政策将能够帮助防止艾滋病疫情的进一步蔓延”。穆迪认为，中国的做法值得其他许多还未取消有关限制的国家效仿。
对于外界的肯定与赞赏，中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心主任吴尊友显得很冷静。他说：“外界对中国防治艾滋病所取得的进展表示充分肯定，但也关注中国防治工作当中的薄弱环节，包括歧视现象、社会组织的参与不足等。”他认为，对于这些问题，中国在享受赞誉的同时，也要认真听取合理建议，以便更好地开展艾滋病防治工作。
吴尊友说，他希望在接下来几天内多参加学术讨论会，与国际同行交流经验，了解有关艾滋病防治技术的新突破，从而为日后在中国推广掌握情况。
