海南查出艾滋病患者800多人 以性传播途径为主

南海网7月16日消息(记者赵仕芳实习记者王峰)今天下午，记者从海南省2010年艾滋病防治政策宣讲大会上获悉，目前，全省共查出艾滋病患者800余人，多以性传播为主，且以男男间同性恋尤为严重。作为艾滋病宣传大使濮存昕表示，目前他正着手于让艾滋病患儿有学可上、有书可读的工作中。
据介绍，目前，海南省共查出艾滋病患者800余人。五年前主要以吸毒传播为主，目前大多以性传播为主，且以男男间同性恋最为严重。目前海南省艾滋病患者大多集中在东南、东北地区，呈增长形式发展，下一步海南有关部门将以健康教育为主，加大对艾滋病的防治工作。
会上，宣讲团成员指出艾滋病的传播方式有三种：一是通过性传播，艾滋病病毒一般存活于精液和阴道分泌物中，所以不当的性交是其中的一种传播途径。而男性同性恋间传播的比例更大；二是通过血液传播，主要是因输入不安全血液导致。静脉吸毒者共用一个注射器是血液传播艾滋病的主体；三是通过母婴传播，母亲感染艾滋病，其婴儿感染艾滋病的几率会大大增加。而预防这三种传播方式的方法是：一、大力推广使用安全套，进行健康的交往；二、控制吸毒人员，降低犯罪率，对吸毒者进行美沙酮药物治疗；三、避免感染艾滋病的妇女怀孕，一旦怀孕要采取抗病毒药物干预。
会后，艾滋病宣传大使濮存昕接受南海网记者采访时表示，他从2000年开始担任中国艾滋病形象大使，至今已有十年时间。十年来他一直致力于对艾滋病进行有效的宣传教育，希望让老百姓不再谈艾色变，了解到艾滋病是可以治愈的；同时也关注医疗科研方面，希望尽快研制出可控制病情的疫苗和药物；并积极给予艾滋病患者关怀和救助，进行反歧视活动。

The prevention of these three modes of transmission method is: first, vigorously promote the use of condoms, health contacts; 2, control drug users, lower crime, and drug addicts to methadone therapy; 3, to avoid pregnancy for women with AIDS, Once the pregnancy to take antiviral intervention.
